What is Astroshamanism?

Dear Friends,
Receive abundant blessings on this upcoming seasonal shift, which is officially installed with the Solstice on 21 June 2006 at 12:27 GMT, and more substantially with the New Moon on 25 June 2006 at 16:06. Here at Cluny Hill College an astroshamanic ritual will be held by the ASEPTIC on Wednesday 21 June from 8 to 9.30 pm to celebrate the transition from spring to summer.
This time of the year is an ideal occasion to connect with one‘s highest Intent and Core Multidimensional Identity, to bridge the gap between HAC and non-HAC. A major event during the first part of the Summer season is the Original Quest, at Findhorn from 1 to 7 July 2006, which this year has a high number of participants. On this occasion the seminar begins right on the Pahai Idrah, i.e. the main astroshamanic festivity and celebration of the Sacred Cone. (If you wish to read a brief account of one my visions on the Sacred Cone, please click here). The Original Quest will be followed by the Emilia Retreat, (near Bologna in Italy from 23 to 30 July 2006) the most advanced astroshamanic event during the summer season. Other relevant events are Sacred Theatre, from 2 to 8 September 2006, Astroshamanic Healing: Restoring Sacred Relationships from 16 to 23 September 2006, and the Latium Astroshamanic Retreat from 29 September to 1 October 2006, in the mystery Mountains of the Dukess at Corvaro near Rome.
Summer blessings,
Franco

Astroshamanic Sky:[i] The Sun enters Cancer at 12:27, 21 June 2006, which is the time of the exact Summer Solstice. From 22:24, 20 June 2006, the Moon is in Taurus and then at 2:50, 23 June 2006 it moves through Gemini until 8:49, 25 June 2006. Then it transits Cancer till 17:10, 27 June, when it moves into Leo, where it remains until 4:16, 30 June 2006. Next it shifts in Virgo and from 17:07, 2 July 2006 to 5:14, 5 July 2006 it transits Libra. The New Moon in Cancer is at 16:06, on 25 June 2006 and in 3° Cancer 58’. Venus enters Gemini at 0:32, 24 June 2006, and Mercury enters Leo at 19:58, 28 June 2006.

Summer Solstice and Midsummer’s Night: In the northern hemisphere, the Summer Solstice is the longest day of the year, the time of the highest luminosity and the start of Summer, while in the southern hemisphere it is exactly the other way around. For online information on the Summer Solstice and its traditions click here.
The Solstice celebrations reach their climax with Midsummer’s Night. The exact astronomical Summer Solstice takes place on 21 June 2006 at 12.27 GMT. Yet, since most people in European countries were not familiar with astronomical calculations, they honoured the event on a fixed date, i.e. 24 June (Midsummer Day or St. John the Baptist Day). This shift from 21 to 24 June, is similar to that from 21 December (Winter Solstice) to 25 December (Yule or Christmas). Also, since in ancient times the days were measured from sunset to sunset, the real festivity began at the preceding sunset, which was indeed the most powerful time. Hence 23 June is Midsummer Night, or St. John’s Eve, just like 24 December is Christmas’ Eve.
The Solstice time and the month of June has always been a most favourite month for weddings. In Pagan tradition the Moon of Midsummer time is called Honey Moon, from the mead made of fermented honey prepared and drunk during marriage ceremonies on the Summer Solstice.
"Lord, what fools these mortals be!" exclaims Puck in Shakespeare’s Midsummer Night’s Dream referring to HAC. Puck is the servant of Oberon, the king of the fairies. Midsummer’s or St Johns Eve is traditionally sacred to the fairies, and is obviously a time when the veil between HAC and non-HAC is particularly thin. Hence from both sides it is possible to play tricks and games. In many European countries it was habitual to light bonfires after sunset. This was known as “setting the watch”. Participants often jumped through the fires for good luck. It was the popular version of a shamanic rite of passage. Shamans focused on their Intent, then allowed their bodies to be activated by the Sun spirit, integrating body-earth and spirit-sun in order to promote divine manifestation on earth. This leap also signified passing through the gateway of HAC incarnation with a clear focus on one’s soul purpose. Hence, the act of first setting Intent and then jumping was aimed at preserving this awareness once beyond the gateway. The more genuine and powerful is the Intent at the moment of jumping, the more it increases the possibility of its manifestation.
Midsummer’s night was also the time when the serpents would roll themselves into a hissing, engendering the glain, also called the serpent's egg, or Druid's egg. In art, John the Baptist is often represented similarly to a shaman or Pagan character. Many icons show him as a Pan horned figure, with the lower torso of a satyr, wearing a garment made of hair or using a staff with a serpent.

Astroshamanic Mapping of Cluny Hill College: Cluny Hill College and its territory will be the astroshamanic setting of the Original Quest, from 1 to 7 July 2006. This traditional seminar, now in its ninth edition, focuses on the exploration of the 4th dimensional body with particular reference to time-voyages and the use of the astroshamanic sacred circle. During the Original Quest a relevant role is played by the astroshamanic map of Cluny Hill College. This map divides the territory of the campus of the Findhorn Foundation into 12 sectors. Each Sector occupies a portion of 30 degrees and corresponds to a zodiac sign. The Sectors move in a clockwise direction from Sector 1 (Aries), at the East point on the left, and then downwards to Sector 2 (Taurus), Sector 3 (Gemini), Sector 4 (Cancer) and all the remaining Sectors. According to this mapping of Cluny Hill College, the summer solstice area of Cancer incorporates the main entrance of the building, the ample stairs leading to the southern lawn, the beech trees, the swing and a large portion of the lawn up to the southern gate of the territory, which is the zone where we held the Summer Solstice bonfire last Monday. The lawn features some of Cluny’s most prominent nature spaces, such as the Spiral, the Medicine Wheel, the Menhir, the White Statue, and the Spirit Tree.

New Moon in Cancer: From 8:49, 25 June 2006 to 17:10, 27 June 2006, both the Sun and the Moon are in Cancer. The New Moon takes place at 16:06, on 25 June 2006 and in 3° Cancer 58’. This is the moment when Sun and Moon are exactly conjunct. With the New Moon, or Lunation, an old cycle ends and a new one starts. Each lunar cycle starts with the New Moon, reaches its climax with the Full Moon and ends with the next New Moon. The sign where the Moon is positioned at the initial New Moon determines the energy and Intent of the entire cycle. For example, with this New Moon in Cancer, the whole lunar cycle will be characterised by Cancer or Sector 4 topics, also when the Sun moves in the adjacent sign Leo. The current New Moon’s astrological sign (Cancer) embodies both the features of the Intent and the way of dealing with the release process of the previous cycle.
The New Moon is a period of transition when the seed is present, yet it has not taken a definite form. At this stage dreams or insights, and also prominent situations developing at a physical, emotional or mental level can provide clues about the upcoming form. The New Moon is an active phase, with the male energy being prevalent. It carries a new awareness and a shift of perspective. This allows to set the Intent and foundations for new projects or to release old cycles and grievances. Yet, since the whole scenario is obscure, it may be a time of vulnerability and uncertainty. This strongly encourages abstention from relevant enterprises or initiatives in the outer world. It is an ideal moment to relate with one’s multidimensional self, or Guide, to take some rest and reflect upon the lessons of life, to release what is no longer needed. The general question here is: “What do I truly want?” In the context of the current Cancer New Moon other questions may be: “What is the true purpose of my current life in a physical body? What are the sources of nourishment and support of this purpose? In which way can I provide nourishment and support for others and the environment? Where do I come from? What talents have I inherited from my ancestors and how can I use them in the present? What grievances have I inherited from my ancestors and how can I heal them?” On a New Moon questions require an honest answer, which is not conditioned by general or cultural ideas about what is desirable and strictly refers to one’s own uncontaminated awareness.
During each New Moon it is empowering to tap into the energy of your Intent at a shamanic and visionary level. This may be strategically done through a specific journey and the astroshamanic Basic Ritual of the Sacred Cone.[ii] Be aware of your Intent, no matter whether it appears as a sheer illusion or fantasy to your ordinary mind. This is not the time to be pragmatic or to be concerned about how to accomplish things. It is the moment to open up to your pure Intent, as you fully envisage it with no limitations. Later, as the cycle progresses, there will be chances to refine the Intent, orienting it towards manifestation and understanding its practical implications. At its core level Cancer concerns the search and finding of the primary roots and the original Intent of our presence in a physical body. Here I have the chance of voyaging into time and space, experiencing and healing most ancient mythic recollection, revisiting ancestral lineages, releasing blocked energies and gaining understanding about the collective Intent that truly motivates my life. I can activate authentic and vivid memories that allow me to pinpoint true needs and release others based on grievances and oblivion. Just as in the ordinary life there are places and people that give temporary shelter and nourishment, also in the non-ordinary realms there exist similar areas. Yet their protection is not based on time and space. It is founded on other patterns of dimension and can be eternal, abundant and unlimited. There I can receive free and unconditional love, gradually releasing my co-dependence to the perception that has produced the ordinary world where I believe to live.
In astroshamanic work the position of the Moon plays a significant role as it provides clues regarding the lineage and the ancestral initiatory path or mystery school the person has already experienced. This area, which the individual is likely to have mastered in previous times or parallel realities, represents an essential foundation for the realisation of the basic Intent in this current life or dimension. At the same time, it can easily cause addiction, attachment or misuse if its acquired potential is not focused within the present path of initiation, which may differ considerably from the previous one. The Moon carries the most ancient and significant memories of our life on this planet. It is often related to places and times that appear either as the most attractive or repulsive. As such, it holds the key components of shamanic recapitulation, which is practice that significantly fits with a Cancer New Moon.

Sensuality (HAC and non-HAC): “Sensual” and “sensuality”, like other body-related words, are rather controversial and misunderstood terms. Dictionaries describe “sensuality” as ”the capacity of enjoying the pleasure of the senses”. From a shamanic healing perspective sensuality is “the capacity of ecstatically employing the physical senses so as to retrieve awareness of dormant multi-dimensional senses, expanding the perception of human separated reality and aligning it with the web of life, i.e. the perception of unity and our Core Multidimensional Identity”. A basic condition for achieving the above is identified by the adverb “ecstatically”, which is also a most misapprehended term. The current conventional association of “ecstasy” with “a state of intense delight” dates back to the 17th century, whereas its reference to “an illegal drug” is a contemporary development. Originally the term comes from the Greek ekstasis, derived from existanai “to displace, drive out (of your mind)”. And this is the meaning I relate to. Hence, “ecstatically employing the senses” here means to use the senses in a way devoid of any interference from the HAC mind, which is the conditioned and separated human mind. Unless, this condition applies there is no way in which I can employ sensuality as a tool for shamanic healing or any form of true knowledge. On the contrary sensuality becomes an activity that contributes to trap me into a separated hallucinatory definition of myself and the environment. As a matter of fact, there is nothing wrong in being in a hallucination, as long as I am happy about it or it is my choice to experience it. Problems arise when this is not the case.
Due to its immediate association with the third-dimensional or physical body, the energy generated by sensual activities, is one of the most potent available for human beings. It holds the spontaneous potential for experientially penetrating the authentic structure of physical forms and grasping their bond with the multi-dimensional field, or non-HAC. Yet, as a result of human separated perception, sensuality is also one of the most ill-treated practices. Although it inevitably conveys an experience of unity, its content is manipulated by HAC, thus ultimately fomenting a perception based on separation. When people have deep sensual experiences, they connect with non-HAC and are energized by the awareness of unity. The problem is that this experience is hampered by a sense of private ownership regarding the apparent source of sensuality, or the other, and the fear of losing him-her, which inevitably generates a subsidiary HAC script based on control and conflict.
In my early years of practice, the Spirit Keeper of the South, Rata Sadoh, gave me a series of shamanic healing practices. They involved holding both a physical connection with a human being and the Guide or Sacred Cone. One practice consists in holding the right hand of a partner with one’s left hand, while holding the imaginary hand of the Guide with one’s right. The partner holds the Guide’s right hand with her-his left hand. Both partners activate the Sacred Cone at the level of the heart, then let it move to the head - in order to promote “ecstasy” (see above) – and to the belly. They remain a minimum of 15 minutes still, without moving. This is the stage of the Intent. Then, other 15 minutes follow, in which both partners can freely move and interact with each other. Before starting the healing session, they agree on the level of exchange that is honourable for both. This is the stage of release. In the final 15 minutes, the partners hold their hands again, and then gradually detach them, allowing the Sacred Cone to operate.
In the healing practice of Astroshamanic Touch there are specific positions of the hands according to each binary. For the binary 4.3 the hands and breasts are involved. In this context their operative applications impart intense stimulation of collective memories and reactivate the cellular structure to its original inheritance. The 4-3 strokes and hand-positioning also support the process of recapitulation of past events, retrieval of fragmented parts and the general redeployment of energy according to the Intent connected with the Function.

Multidimensional Relationships: Binary 4.7 (Sun in Cancer and Moon in Libra) vastly stimulates the exciting entwined network of the three classical elements of multi-dimensional love relationships: horizontal, vertical and astroshamanic. The horizontal refers to an outer partner, i.e. a human being currently living on Earth, someone I can see and with whom I may have, or wish to have, a relationship. The vertical is an inner partner, i.e. a sort of anima or animus in Jungian terms, or a multi-dimensional partner with whom I am engaged in a relationship in another reality, although I may not be aware of it. A vertical partner can also take the form of a human being with whom I had a relationship in the past, or with whom I would have liked, or would like, to have a relationship, provided it is someone I cannot see either because she-he is dead or away. In can also be someone with whom I will have a relationship in the future. Please be aware that, due to human binary perception, the horizontal and vertical partners also have polarity counterparts, just like Magraha and Hagraha.[iii] Hence, there are two horizontal and vertical partners, corresponding to the first and second stage of the Basic Ritual of the Sacred Cone.
An astroshamanic partner corresponds to the third stage and encompasses both the inner-vertical and the outer-horizontal partner, with the function of healing the separation between the two and promoting human reconciliation with other dimensions. Now, this thing of the astroshamanic partner is undoubtedly rather captivating, for I am sure most folks would crave to have one. In this respect, the good piece of news is that, whether we believe it or not, we all have one. Hence, the invitation is to relax, find out where it is and what is preventing me from fully acknowledging him-her. This is a topic that would need further clarification, which I am not obviously giving herewith. However, I encourage whoever feels inspired, among the members of this Network, to write something about it and share within the Astroshamanic Core Network.[iv] It can be a poem, song, story, vision, dream or first-hand experience. Here, please I invite to draw solely from your direct experience, avoiding ideologies or belief systems.[v] Please send to PAN@astroshamanism.org
The following are some rudimentary and most provisional suggestions if you aim at manifesting a multi-dimensional relationship. First of all, focus on your Intent and connect it with the Function. This means being impeccably available to surrender to your Guide and core multi-dimensional identity. Allow the Guide to unveil your veritable purpose in life. Find out who you are in the broader scenario of life. Completely adhere to this vision, regularly aligning with it through shamanic voyages, meditations, basic rituals and other energy practices. Do this before even considering the idea of being in a relationship with someone. Secondly, firmly ask your Guide and core multi-dimensional identity for a connection with a loving human being, with whom you can relate in accordance with the highest possible design, for a mutual benefit involving both you and him-her, your respective ancestors and successors. Also make sure that you elucidate what you honestly desire in this relationship. Make it very clear that you are open to this experience and sustain this with regular practices, always aligning with your Intent connected with the Function. Welcome, honour, and relate with, this being before she-he enters into your life. This means that you start to establish a rapport with this being prior to your first meeting with him-her. In the meantime, cherish all the people you relate with, even if you are sure they are not your promised horizontal partner. Please be aware that this partner is drawn by the amount of love and passion that you express in your life right now and before actually meeting him-her. Also please remember that, as a matter of fact, this partner has always been with you, and is indeed with you in this moment. Hence, every moment of you life, whomever you are with, is a chance for communicating with him-her. Once you do meet him-her, honour him-her at the beginning of your relationship, both on your own and together with him-her. Continue also in the case you separate. Gradually release all the conditioning regarding how the relationship should be or become. Open up to its transparent and spontaneous development. Receive the gift and true purpose of this relationship in the wider multi-dimensional context of your Function.

Binaries:

4.2 (Sun in Cancer and Moon in Taurus) blends Cardinal Water with Fixed Earth. Those who resonate with this combination[vi] are determined, focused, yet sensitive, tender and adaptable folks. Their interactions are based on honesty, sincerity and trust. They are masters in attracting resources, gathering wealth, manifesting prosperity, consolidating energy, as well as effectively redeploying it. They are also undeniably most sensual beings.
4.3 (Sun in Cancer and Moon in Gemini) mixes Cardinal Water with Mutable Air. This combination articulates most adaptable, sensitive and versatile folks, blending the deep emotional landscapes of Cancer with the mental dexterity of Gemini. These beings hold profound links with their ancestral inheritance and are capable of expressing this awareness through shamanic intellectual or networking pursuits. Their minds are intimately aligned to the womb and breasts of the planet, of which they constitute the lungs, arms and hands, aimed at circulating and redistributing most nourishing energy. As a result, their functions involve promoting communication of archaic memories, reawakening the call of the ancestors and allowing the latter to line up with their predecessors. Abundant healing powers flow through their breasts, hands and arms, with the faculty of dispensing tender and nutritious embraces, as well as conveying arcane truths.
4.4 (Sun and Moon in Cancer) This is the New Moon binary and a climax of Cancer energy. These beings are extremely sensitive, protective and nourishing. They hold a special and deep connection with the ancestral roots and traditions of their culture, with the capacity of keeping its basic memory and referring whatever happens in HAC back to its causative non-HAC source.
4.5 (Sun in Cancer and Moon in Leo) blends Cardinal Water with Fixed Fire. This combination allows the basic sensitive and withdrawn traits of Sector 4 (Cancer) to be projected in the limelight and shine in their full power. A harmonic response to this binary produces a deep sense of confidence, respect, pride and openness towards one’s traditions, ancestors, spiritual lineage and inherited talents. Folks with prominent 4.5 traits easily blend female and male energy, expressing a great amount of power and leadership, and still being sensitive, compassionate and caring. They can effortlessly get what they want, while making others feel that they also get what they want.
4.6 (Sun in Cancer and Moon in Virgo) mixes Cardinal Water with Mutable Earth. This binary involves an amplification of the nurturing qualities of both sectors, in which the sensitive compassion of Sector 4 integrates with the practicality of Sector 6. Those who open to the resonance of this binary may easily tap into the basic needs of the natural or social environment, serving them in an effective way and contributing to the accurate management of healing resources. Securely grounded in the human earthy scenario, they have the capacity to align with the closest layers of the multidimensional web, unveiling their most accessible catering networks, thus disclosing the gateway for relentless loving sustenance and protection. The key issue of this combination is becoming aware of one’s abundant resources, being available to give them away for the benefit of all beings and doing so despite all the strategic apparent resistance.
4.7 (Sun in Cancer and Moon in Libra) mixes Cardinal Water with Cardinal Air, and generating intriguing characters blending emotionality and detachment, introversion and extroversion, intimacy and sociability. They have the ability to passionately commit to relationships, especially when they serve a nourishing function and have non-HAC implications. See above article on Multidimensional Relationship.

Celebrities: [vii] In this section please find lists of celebrities related to the above binaries. If available also the Ascendant (AS) is given in brackets. Nikola Tesla: born on 9 July 1856, with a 4.7.1 ATS (Sun in Gemini, Moon in Libra, Ascendant in Aries) he was one of the major non-HAC inventors of all times. He is the mind behind our contemporary HAC electrical world and further most controversial non-HAC inventions. His numerous manuscripts are still kept as “top secret” by the US Ministry of Defense. His capacity to delve into non-HAC was such that he had often trouble distinguishing between a non-HAC object and a HAC one. He would build machines in his imagination, run them to see where they were flawed, and make whatever non-HAC repairs and adjustments were needed, before manifesting his device into HAC. During the night, Tesla also made journeys to non-HAC realms and established relationships with their beings. For further information about this outstanding man click here.

What is Astroshamanism?

Life is filigree work. What is written clearly is not worth much, it's the transparency that counts. (Céline, 3.12.7)

Dear Friends,
Welcome to the Full Moon issue of PAN, which I deliver right at the end of my expedition to South Africa. The upcoming Full Moon features the Sun in Gemini and the Moon in Sagittarius, and the binary 3.9, emphasizing the themes of multidimensional communication and all related binary conflicts. This is a superlative setting to reinforce the connection with the Core Multidimensional Identity and retrieve the awareness that has been lost as a result of separation. In the Epic of the Sacred Cone this full moon binary is associated with Bunós, one of the 12 nations of the Handorian State of Tudor. Bunós people, similarly to other Handorians, are an extended large family, where all is shared and, as it is shared, it proliferates and inflates. They are mostly esteemed for their multidimensional highway building skills, their intrepid passion to explore uncharted territories, their lightness, humour and the daring competence to create links between HAC and non-HAC. On a Full Moon Sun and Moon reach their maximum distance from each other. This is a highly charged moment in which the conflicting pulse between the two polarities reaches its apex. This stimulates the desire to retrieve and challenge the separated parts, and whoever or whatever we project it upon. It is a time of cathartic copulation between sky and earth, light and darkness, and all polarities. These days are ideal to deal with multidimensional conflict resolutions (see controversial article below), releasing pent-up emotions related with separation. During full moon the female energy is prevalent and the basic trend involves being receptive to relationships, yet at a multidimensional level.
On a Gemini-Sagittarius full moon it is possible to copiously stretch the scope of any ritual setting. Therefore, no matter where you are or whether you are alone or in company, you can join a much wider network. I will hold an astroshamanic healing trance dance at Cluny Hill College on that occasion, which will also be a filmed astroshamanic trance dance. Please feel free to join either by physically taking part or by organising a ritual wherever you are on Sunday 11 June 2006. Astroshamanic healing entails re-awakening our fourth-dimensional body and linking it with our HAC physical body. The fourth-dimensional body consists of emotional substance, which strategically intensifies at full moons. Emotions inspired by unity travel fast both in time and space, releasing Graha and promoting blessings. I do wish you with all my heart a most ecstatic dance.

Following my courses in South Africa, the next astroshamanic workshop at Findhorn will be the Original Quest from 1 to 7 July 2006. This will be followed by the Emilia Summer Retreat or Astroshamanic Touch Intensive in Italy, from 24 to 30 July, which is the event I most recommend this year. The human environment, the location of the retreat and its non-HAC references offers the opportunity for me to deal with cutting edge themes that I still cannot address in my workshops in Scotland.
Blessings,
Franco

Multidimensional Conflict Resolutions: A Full Moon is a climax of conflicts. On a Full Moon conflicts are not meant to be resolved, they are designed to explode and be ritually performed on the stage of HAC. In HAC conflicts provide healing outlets for tensions pertaining to non-HAC dimensions and beings. In HAC everything is based on conflicts between polarity (male and female, day and night, positive and negative) and there is no way in which this can be changed since this is what HAC is all about. The purpose of HAC is to develop and express conflicts. Hence trying to change this state of affair is a most forlorn and ludicrous venture. Unless I am fully aware of non-HAC multidimensional disputes, limiting the resolution of conflicts to HAC is merely a bogus harmonising activity aimed at secretly rerouting conflicts. It follows that all HAC oriented conflict resolutions end up generating further conflicts. Here there is ultimately no substantial diversity between peace negotiations and wars, brutal arguments and non-violent communication, as long as all this is limited to HAC and excludes non-HAC. The emphasis in HAC conflict resolutions is on the outer end of the conflict, i.e. the outcome. The aim is to reach the outer conclusion of the conflict, while at the same time covertly recycling and boosting the inner conflict into future outer manifestations. Outer conflicts are fruits coming from seeds and roots of conflict, which persistently continue their existence no matter what appears to occur in the outer reality. This is an obvious process in all HAC biological dynamics and cycles of nature. In spring the fruits gradually emerge and grow from plants. In summer they reach full growth and maturity. In autumn they decay, are consumed or stocked up in stores for future consumption. In winter plants are devoid of fruits and all nature is barren. Yet in spring the fruits emerge again and the cycle continues. During this yearly cycle, although the fruit was not permanently visible, the seed and roots were always there. Fruits are the outcome of unseen seeds and roots, just as HAC conflicts are the outgrowth of non-HAC sources. From a shamanic perspective all conflicts emanate from non-HAC. These conflicts are not readily visible, being hidden from HAC perception. From the shamanic perspective all HAC beings are projections of non-HAC entities, whether they are aware of it or not. HAC is the screen for non-HAC activities, just like what appears on television is the projection of events broadcasted from another location. In shamanic societies awareness of HAC and non-HAC has always been present. Hence in such cultures all major attention in life is towards establishing and preserving links between HAC and non-HAC. This is, or perhaps was, the function of such cultures. I write “was” because most of these cultures are being swallowed by current HAC-dominated cultures, including most aspects of modern spirituality.
Africa, and southern Africa in particular, is the area where our first ancestors emerged from their non-HAC underground settlements and transformed into HAC beings. Consequently this continent still preserves traces of this original memory, which reflect in the customs of some of its cultures. In many African traditions rituals, ceremonies and practices are used to acknowledge and support the link between HAC and non-HAC. These practices are often misunderstood by HAC conditioned observers, who interpret them according to their HAC paradigms. The basic principle underlying many African rituals is that HAC is a provisional condition with a limited duration just like a dream or a movie. This is one of the reasons why they do not bother much about HAC technology, development or evolution. These are all HAC western concepts, which do (or did) not make any sense here. The major concern for these cultures is to establish a connection between HAC and non-HAC, between the dream and the dreamer, the play and the screenplay. Hence what counts primarily is the awareness of the web of life and the multidimensional realm. Non-HAC perception is so deep and obvious in African cultures that they do not even have the theory and concepts to explain it. This is because it is part of their direct experience and biological response to life. It is not a belief system that needs to be communicated through teachings or books. As a result these cultures have never felt the need to document their knowledge for this was written on the earth, the sky, our bodies and whatever exists. The basic understanding is that HAC and non-HAC are entirely aligned and this attitude reflects in all situations. This is particularly the case when dealing with conflicts and grievances.
A typical practice common in many African tribes is to silently whisper grievances whenever you meet people with whom there are conflicts. Instead of directly expressing anger or other strong feelings towards these individuals, emotions are released at a subtle level. This is based on the assumption that HAC beings are not responsible for grievances. Grievances emanate from the ancestral spirit realm and need to be dealt with at that level. The Dagara African shaman Malidoma Somé refers to ash circles, employed for conflict resolution. First a release ritual is celebrated in front of the community, where similarly to the Basic Ritual of the Sacred Cone, each party of the binary can express its side without interruption. Then they retire to a sacred space created by a circle of ash (for the Dagara ash means protection). In this place ancestors and spirits are formally present. When the two persons in conflict access the ash circle, each one takes a mouthful of water (representing peace) from one of two bowls. After spitting the water out, they face one another and scream at each other wildly, without using any physical violence. Through this process non-HAC components are given the overt invitation to emerge and produce a major catharsis. The ritual ends with the two throwing the remaining water in the bowls on each other. The whole community is also totally involved in the process since conflicts are never seen as personal issues. All types of conflicts have an impact both at a collective and multidimensional level. Similar rituals are employed in many other African tribes and shamanic cultures around the world.
The same attitude applies to death, which in most African cultures is devoid of most conventional HAC elements. Funerals are major rituals of connection between HAC and non-HAC. The departed is regarded as a being joining the non-HAC realm of ancestors, which is the highest spiritual reference in Africa. The expression of grief by the community has nothing to do with ordinary HAC sadness for the death of someone. Grief here serves an energetic function and its aim is to support the spirit of the departed. “A spirit who is not passionately grieved feels anger and disappointment,” writes Malidoma Some “as if their right to be completely dead has been stolen from them. So it would be improper for a villager to display the kind of restraint and solemnity seen at Western funerals.” Public release of grief is cleansing and plays a vital role for the whole community to the extent that “people look forward to shedding tears the same way they look forward to their next meal”. People who cannot cry or express their pain are considered dangerous or ill as they have lost the connection with their non-HAC side. “It takes millions of tears to produce a flood capable of washing the dead to the realm of the ancestors, so refraining from weeping wrongs the dead. Rhythm and chanting crack open that part of the self that holds grief under control. But grief unleashed without the help of ritual drummers, musicians, and chanters runs the risk of producing another death. It is a force without a container. To the dead, it is useless energy, like food that is wasted while people go hungry. [...] When activated, emotion has a ceiling it must reach. At its apex, grief turns the body into a vessel of chaos. But it is just such a climatic chaos that can cleanse both the person and his or her spirit”.[ii]
For such tribal people the awareness that HAC conflicts and painful events serve a non-HAC function is so obvious and ingrained that it does not make any sense to talk about that. So far only very few shamans (such as Malidoma Somé and Credo Mutwa) have spoken out certain truths in HAC terms and, as a result, have encountered a lot of opposition from their tribes and also caused major controversies in HAC.

The Grange: I am about to conclude my second two-week astroshamanic expedition in South Africa. In this part of the globe it is the peak of autumn, with temperatures ranging from -1 to 23 degrees Celsius in a single day. For the traveller from the North the passage to the southern hemisphere unveils a totally new scenario in the sky. The Sun reaches its zenith in the North and, together with the Moon and other planets, moves in an anticlockwise direction, while at night the firmament is populated by other constellations. Also the magnetic fields function the other way around: for example, if I release the water from a sink here it moves counter-clockwise, while in the northern hemisphere it travels in a clockwise direction. Another feature, which applies to South Africa in particular, is that it is the area where the first human ancestors emerged from their underground settlements and began their journey on the surface of planet Earth. South Africa is a land intimately related with my past and with the strategic HAC game of reincarnation. According to this arbitrary perspective this appears to be the place where I spent my last three lives. South Africa is a land of shamans. Among them Credo Mutwa stands as one of the most popular and controversial. He is a Zulu sangoma (shaman) regarded as one of the greatest treasure of African oral traditions. For further information see the following links: www.metatech.org/credo_mutwa.html or http://www.credomutwa.com/
I am staying at The Grange, a magnificent healing centre located on the highest part (1700 m.) of the vast interior plateau known as Highveld. The place is managed by two great souls and natural teachers (Fay and Michael), who have run the Grange for more than 40 years. It is a large property full of multidimensional constructions, immersed in nature and also close to the heart of the South African HAC marketplace.
I have run here a two-day Astroshamanic Trance Dance and Drumming workshops and a four-day course on Astroshamanic Touch (AT), which started right on the New Moon in Gemini. Altogether we were 12 on both workshops and most amazing people. This allowed each one to represent a Sector and to boost the dynamics of AT. It was also the required number for activating The Henge to astroshamanic healing purposes. The Henge is one of the most remarkable healing places and non-HAC settings I have had the honour to work in. It is a Sacred Cone Circle consisting of 16 pillars, built with traditional local bricks, one for each Sector and Direction. One year ago I had the precious opportunity to celebrate a series of public rituals at The Henge, which had just been completed. This time I was amazed to see startling developments. First I found the sand in the inner part of the circle replaced by tender grass. Secondly, Fay and Michael, my loving hosts and enlightened founders of The Grange, had decided to put tiles on each pillar with laminated astroshamanic information on the sectors taken from my second book. The tiles were formally installed during a ritual performed exactly at 12 o’clock. Each of the 12 participants incorporated a Sector and activated the related pillar by attaching the associated tile. Then each one received guidance from the Sector and shared it with the rest of the group.
The next development at The Henge, according to Fay and Michael, may involve depicting the logos of the 12 Spirit Totems and attaching them to the pillars. I sense an intimate connection between this Sacred Circle and the Astroshamanic Healing Sheet created at Findhorn. I realise that the most spectacular construction purposefully aligned with astroshamanic healing currently resides in South Africa. In the Appenine Mountains of Central Italy back in 1997, together with some friends, I created a wide astroshamanic healing circle covering a circumference of 3 km and with 16 temple zones each one identified by a tree and a wooden plate depicting the related Totem Spirit. Similar circles were also created in other places I visited in Europe, yet I perceive The Henge as being the most impressive. Surprisingly there is nothing of this sort at Findhorn yet. So far I have been reluctant to manifest a visible sacred circle there. The guidance I received was to first set this circle on a special astroshamanic map, which I drew in 2000. My feeling was to keep the Sacred Cone Circle at a subtle level, without giving it visible form in the outer environment, at least for some time. During the workshop I held with Sverre on the Spirit of Cluny Garden two weeks ago ago, I received guidance to explore the possibility of creating a visible Sacred Cone Circle around Cluny. A guidance I received a decade ago actually referred to the creation of Sacred Cone Circles around the world. The creation of such circles is intimately connected with AT, a practice I am gradually and vigilantly unveiling.
The time I spent in South Africa has been most inspiring. The reconnection with this ancient land has given me more clarity regarding the development of this work, its healing implications and some forthcoming radical steps I intend to take in the future. I realised that it was much easier for me here to address several most controversial topics and experientially refer to some major non-HAC themes that I am unable to bring up at Findhorn. I am also grateful to Fay and Michael for the beauty and loving energy they have created at The Grange, which is indeed one of the most impressive healing centres I have ever seen. They tenderly supported me during all my staying. Being in their company was sheer delight!

Astroshamanic Touch (AT): Astroshamanism is based on the experiential awareness that we are all part of a vast multi-dimensional universe, that our physical body is the energetic smaller scale reproduction of a vaster body, which is an inherent part of the divine network of life. Astroshamanic Touch (AT) is a multidimensional ecstatic bodywork application of astroshamanism meant as an explicit tool for bridging HAC and non-HAC, physical with non-physical. In AT physical contact aims at grounding the solar system, the stellar firmament and the multi-dimensional universe in the cells, organs and tissues of the physical body. AT involves whatever exists on the physical plane (human beings, animals, plants and minerals) and in more subtle realms, including the void (or Bhi Jinah), who is indeed the basic ingredient, the bona fide horniest bit. AT is an orgasmic touch, aimed at generating ecstatic love sustained by honourable healing intentions.
AT constitutes the most precious and genuine part of my work. It is the essence I have been nurturing since I moved my first steps, the most exquisite gift I have received from the spirit realm, as I feel and see it. It is also the part that has met with more intricacies, misapprehension and obstacles. This is the case for all that tends to remain hidden in the obscurity of human deepest longings. Every workshop on AT is a further advancement in the unveiling of this arcane ecstatic knowledge, each time disclosing a layer, gradually revealing its primal beauty. This is what I perceive happened in this four-day African course at The Grange. It is the longest course I have officially devoted so far to AT, after the three-day course in Turin last December. More will follow. The next opportunity is the Emilia Retreat (a one-week workshop), which is indeed the event this year that I more strongly recommend. It is a unique workshop with the ideal environment and conditions for thoroughly experiencing AT and its healing implications. Please let me know at your earliest convenience if you are interested to take part.

The Three Bunos: The Full Moon in Sagittarius on 11 June 2006, heralds and manifests the emergence of copious legendary stories. What tags along is a most abridged version of one of such extraordinary stories, which I herewith decide to provisionally unveil. This I do as a way to pay tribute to Gemini, the area where the Sun is taking its resolute steps. As you have probably already read, Gemini, or Sector 3, is epically related to the lissom lands of the Handorian State of Tudor. The homonymous capital, located in close proximity to the hyper-metropolitan State of Hartem, hosts a foremost team of the Sacred Cone Interstate Tournament. Tudor is also the residence of multi-dimensional lovers, the access to everlasting romance as it may be dreamt about on Earth. Tudor is one of the first states that I remember. My early memories were related with its lands and glorious heroes, such as Naxor, Zlim, Bunós, Hanfran, Nain, Salinger. These champions were so prominent that they seemed to overshadow those of the other States.
This story is about the Nation of Bunós, epically associated to the Full Moon in Sagittarius. Before you even consider reading what follows, please be aware that you are dealing with a most provisional, condensed and forlorn translation of a largely temporary, compacted, derisory, imprecise and despondent account of the original version of the story. Nevertheless, with all my heart, I do wish that its appraisal will be healing and beneficial. Here it goes.
Once in a Northern hemisphere village 12 children gathered to play nascondino al contrario, i.e. “hide and seek in reverse”. In this version of the traditional tag game, one person is IT and hides, while the rest of the children look for IT. When one child sees IT, then he or she silently hides without being seen. The new IT will be the last one who discovers the hidden children. The children had recently devised this variation of the game and were very excited to try it out for the first time. It was the apex of spring, and this provided a considerable amount of daylight to play for several hours. Yet, in order to assure further time of visibility, they convened to play on a Full Moon. Although they were most likely unaware, on that day the Sun was in Gemini and the Moon in Sagittarius. The chief advocate of this game was a clever child nicknamed Buno. Hence, all children agreed that he was to take the role of IT in the first round. As soon as the game started and Buno was given the signal to hide, he dashed towards the southern lower quarters of the village. This was the medieval zone originated from a pristine Roman perimeter. It was an area filled with narrow ways and stairs: a superlative place to hole up. As Buno was darting downward through the old quarter, his sight was attracted by a tiny arched gate admitting into a descending corridor. He entered the gate and began to move down. The corridor was quite intricate and with abundant possibilities for hiding. After some scrutiny, Buno was drawn by a long series of steps leading to various store rooms. Although it was all rather dim and grimy, a great sense of order appeared to dominate the place. Each store room had an identification number and diligent details regarding its owner and content. There was one exception though. This was an entry that could hardly be seen. It did not even look like a door. Besides being of the same colour of the adjacent walls, it did not have any bolt or handle. Buno, after pausing for a few seconds, promptly pushed the door. He then found himself in a small corridor leading to another door. This one was huge and really looked like a door. Buno tried to open it, yet with no avail. It was so heavy. Perhaps there was even something occluding it on the other side. Consequently Buno chose to remain in the semi-obscurity of the corridor. This proved to be an excellent hiding place. The child remained there undisturbed for almost one hour, until he was later caught by one his two best friends. Far from being disturbed about this, Buno was very content for they could join forces to open the heavy door. No way! It was still too weighty. Later, also Buno’s second friend arrived. Now the three friends were all in the same place. This was quite a common occasion, for the three children were truly great friends. They spent so much time together, that the other children, as well as all the villagers, called them the Three Bunós. This time they felt that they could open the door. And they did. Then they moved through hand in hand. Once they were on the other side, suddenly everything became so brilliant that they could hardly keep their eyes open. Then, they began to detect some forms around them, until they finally realize that they were in a totally different environment. This place had nothing to do with their village. First of all, instead of being spring it was autumn. In point of fact, it was also spring. I know that this may appear rather bizarre, yet it was both autumn and spring at the same time. Moreover, sky, vegetation, landscape, people, costumes, language, buildings, everything was totally different. Of course, this appeared to them very odd. Yet, to be truly honest, the weirdest thing for the children was not that of being in this new-found world. It was the fact that, as soon as they realised to be in that environment, they almost forgot about where they had previously lived in. Far from being scared, thrilled or curious, they felt confident and at ease. It was as if nothing special had really happened. This looked rather strange for them. The children were also surprised to notice not to be at all concerned to return to the village and meet again their friends, relatives and parents. Again, to be more precise, they were not truly surprised. They rather felt that they should be surprised, yet indeed they were surprised that they were not. The most dominant perception was that of having always been in this place and that nothing particularly special had happened. After a few minutes they found out to be in the Realm of Bunós, one of the most potent Nations of the Handorian State of Tudor. They even realised that they were actually the Three Kings of Bunós, i.e. the main authorities of the place. This was indeed too much, yet it was really how it was. As a matter of fact, for a series of reasons that would be excessively complex to elucidate, besides being Kings, they were also Queens. Here I abstain from mentioning other even more peculiar features of their life in Bunós, and move towards a conclusion. To put it briefly, they spent several decades ruling and experiencing all kinds of ventures. They were so absorbed with their Nation that they forgot about their original village. To be more accurate, it is not that they really forgot. They simply did not deem the village worth of any attention. Then, to cut a prolonged story short, one day, which I presume was the Bunósian equivalent of a Full Moon with Sun in Gemini and Moon in Sagittarius, they happened to find themselves in front of that heavy door again. They did unlock it with ease and then also opened the other door, which still did not look like a door. To their sheer amazement they found themselves in their Northern hemisphere village. The most startling fact was that nobody appeared to have noticed anything about their long absence. In actual fact it was that same Full Moon day in spring and they were still in the hide and seek game. It was already night though, and the Moon was shining in the firmament at the height of the village bell tower. This was the moment convened as the end of the game. All the remaining children searched everywhere for the three Bunós, yet with no success. When they finally met them in the main square, there was of course a lot of curiosity regarding their mysterious hiding place. The three Bunós decided to keep the whole story secret. After a few days they also began to avoid talking about their story even among themselves. Later they started to feel quite awkward and embarrassed. These feelings grew to such an extent that they began to meet less and less, until they totally ceased to see each other. After a while they all went to live in different villages. Many decades elapsed. The children became boys and next men and later old men. Then one day, they all simultaneously decided to return to their native village, which had now developed into a town. On that day, obviously in spring and with a Full Moon with Sun in Gemini and Moon in Sagittarius, they all happened to find themselves in the southern old quarters, and precisely, after having passed the door that did not look like a door, in the corridor in front of the heavy door…

Binaries:

3.7 (Sun in Gemini and Moon in Libra) blends Mutable Air with Cardinal Air, integrating Gemini’s lightness, dexterity and flexibility with Libra’s balance and harmony. Those who resonate with this combination[iii] are lighthearted, charming and influential beings. They are geniuses in the realm of communication, which they employ to promote diplomatic connections, agreements and most expanded networks.
3.8 (Sun in Gemini and Moon in Scorpio) combines Mutable Air and Fixed Water, integrating Gemini’s communication, sociability and humour with Scorpio’s intensity, passion and power. This combination provides mental agility mixed with forceful and emotional magnetism. Active, fast, penetrating and total, they are excellent at pursuing projects that require extreme focus, yet for a small duration of time.
3.9 (Sun in Gemini and Moon in Sagittarius) This is the Full Moon binary combining the Gemini qualities with Sagittarius’s adventurous spirit and expansive nature. These folks are major travellers and pilots in the multidimensional realms, moving swiftly along the web of life with the capacity of effectively documenting their enterprises.
3.10 (Sun in Gemini and Moon in Capricorn) combines Mutable Air with Cardinal Earth, blending Gemini’s sociability and lightness with Capricorn’s ambition, discipline and integrity. This configuration facilitates the definition of agreements and contracts, both among human beings and non-ordinary entities. In particular, the emphasis is on contracts aimed at manifesting tangible third-dimensional results in the sphere of communication. Here what counts is to refer the peripheral projection of the contract to its central emanation. In human terms it involves allowing non-ordinary and matrix beings to be part of contractual human decisions.
3.11 (Sun in Gemini and Moon in Aquarius) combines Mutable Air with Fixed Air, integrating Gemini’s versatility and lightness with Aquarius’s genius, independence and synergy. This configuration amplifies the Air element and its synergic properties, promoting breakthroughs in the relationship between HAC and non-HAC. In particular, it is much easier to generate gaps in the limits of conventional communication and reach remote or apparently inaccessible individuals, beings, locations or states of consciousness. For example, I call someone by mistake, who in that moment was desperately trying to connect with me but had lost my telephone number, or I turn on the television and the first thing I see is my power animal, who through an ordinary documentary communicates relevant information. This combination, though airy, is also related with the subtle vibrations of the mineral world and their stimulation. On this binary system, astroshamanic healing stones, such as the Trevilian Stones, are often blessed by water and activated.
3.12 (Sun in Gemini and Moon in Pisces) combines Mutable Air with Mutable Water, integrating Gemini’s mental dexterity with Pisces’s compassion, imagination and shape-shifting. These beings easily operate as bridge between HAC and non-HAC in the realm of communication and information. They are extremely receptive, versatile and sensitive, with the capacity to shine in many operative fields of life.

Joseph Pujol: born in Marseilles on 1 June 1857, with the airy binary Sun in Gemini and Moon in Libra plus grounding Ascendant in Capricorn, le Pétomane (French for “Fartist”), as he was widely known, was a professional farter, anal shaman and entertainer most popular in Victorian times. He had the astounding power of breathing in air by his anus, just as HAC people breathe in by the mouth. Then through the air contained in his intestines, he could at will reproduce all sorts of sound. Some of the highlights of his theatre performances involved playing a flute through a rubber tube in his anus and farting sound effects of cannon fire and thunderstorms. Another popular number became the popular rhyme, which Pujol himself composed, about the old farm and all its animals, which he punctuated with the usual anal renditions of the animals' sounds. These sounds are also traditionally played every Monday at Findhorn during the Experience Week. In that instance the rendition of the animals’ sounds is both oral and, thanks to the contribution of Cluny Hill College food, anal. His performance were so amusing that often people in the audience literally fainted and needed medical assistance from laughing so hard.

Allen Ginsberg: born on 3 June 1926, with Sun in Gemini, Moon and Ascendant in Pisces, he was one of the major American beat poets, particularly known for Howl, whose opening are: "I saw the best minds of my generation destroyed by madness". He was also involved with Tibetan Buddhism.
Poetry is not an expression of the party line. It's that time of night, lying in bed, thinking what you really think, making the private world public, that's what the poet does. The only thing that can save the world is the reclaiming of the awareness of the world. That's what poetry does.

Arthur Conan Doyle, born in Edinburgh on 22 May 1859, with Sun in Gemini, Moon in Aquarius and Ascendant in Gemini, he was most noted for his stories about the detective Sherlock Holmes. He was also involved with spiritualism and wrote books such as The Coming of the Fairies, where he reproduced photographs of fairies and supported their existence, and The History of Spiritualism.

Louis Céline: born on 27 May 1894, with Sun in Gemini, Moon in Pisces and Ascendant in Libra, Celine was a French writer and doctor, author of controversial novels, such as Journey to the End of the Night and Death on the Installment Plan. His works contain major non-HAC elements and depict a nihilistic realistic world filled with chaos, inertia, pessimism, deformities and disintegration.
Those who talk about the future are scoundrels. It is the present that matters. To evoke one's posterity is to make a speech to maggots.
Neptune has finally wed Venus - even Gods can't screw around forever.
