What is Astroshamanism?

This PAN covers a substantial span of time, including the Full Moon in Gemini and the New Moon in Sagittarius, which is the peak of darkness. Wherever you are on your journey towards the culmination of obscurity, I invite you who read this to smash the gloomy hex of HAC limits, and align to the positive magnetism of your multidimensional self. Release your past traumas and disappointments, let go of your fear of future losses and failures. Remember your highest wishes and loving aspirations, bringing the light of consciousness into the night sky. Be aware that we can face any upcoming challenge, converting grievances into ecstatic luminosity.
The current PAN is delivered right on the eve of my Italian tour and shortly after the premiere in Frankfurt of the workshop Awakening your Multidimensional Self, which was also the debut of the Astroshamanic Gateways Series. Frankfurt was the perfect scenario for the opening event of this pioneering workshop (see report in the next issue), which will subsequently take place in Rome (16-17 December 2006), Edinburgh (6-7 January 2007) and London (10-11 February 2007).
This PAN encompasses the concluding stage of autumn, leading to the gap climaxing shift from 2006 to 2007, which I will hold at Findhorn with the workshop Manifesting Honourable Intentions from 27 December 2006 to 3 January 2007.
The first 12 years of this millennium are regarded as a strategic gap time of tremendous disturbance, heralding the emergence of a new HAC and planetary order. If this process takes a luminous development, it could imply the reawakening of our multidimensional body and true identity. The first six years of the millennium (connected with the zodiac signs from Aries to Virgo) are followed by other six years (related to the signs from Libra to Pisces), which are meant to escalate a radical shift in consciousness. This includes moving beyond the confinement of HAC linear time, embracing parallel realities, unseen spaces and whatever has been separated from human awareness up to the full alignment with the Core Multidimensional Identity (CMI). This may imply an unprecedented upheaval! The fact that I am stressing these conjectures does not necessarily mean that I ascribe to them. As far as we can go back into HAC history there has never been a time which has not been considered special or ultimate in some way. The meaning of events is manufactured by the HAC ego mind, and for a mind whose aim is to be special it is not possible to live in a time when nothing special is happening. Only in the past thirty years I remember at least seven points in time regarded as decisive or apocalyptic, and then ending up with apparently nothing happening. A legitimate deduction is that since conjectures about multidimensional shifts have periodically been devised in all ages, those I am herewith referring may be just another HAC scam. Yet it may be also true that their recurrent presence throughout human history show that potential for a multidimensional shift is available at all times. As well, since all configurations come ultimately to an end, just like our physical body when it dies, it is also reasonable to deem the possibility that our contemporary time may eventually be the fatal one.
This is the major time of the year devoted to the celebration of holidays. The following weeks leading up to Christmas and the New Year are a great chance for transcending HAC, setting aside our ego minds, unselfishly giving and receiving blessings, while co-creating a most fabulous collective multi-dimensional ecstatic experience. Hence I take this opportunity for wishing you all a most blissful non-HAC Christmas!

Common Bugs of a Predatory Universe – Part Three by Franco Santoro

The current HAC has been achieved through the direct denial both of the multidimensional realm and the non-human third-dimensional reality, i.e. the animal, vegetal and mineral kingdom. In HAC we do not have, and need, any direct connection with the multidimensional realms and also with the visible physical reality, except as for pursuing our HAC aims. Human beings define their own place in the context they live, manipulating the environment according to their visions, without any concern about the dynamics and purpose of other life forms, which are indeed considered only from the perspective of their convenient exploitation within the HAC paradigm. Humans “create their own reality” – a deceptive revolutionary New Age statement, which has been indeed the primary HAC’s motto of all times. The assumption of this paradigm is the authorization to exploit all available resources regardless of their functions in the multidimensional realm and even in our planetary third dimensional reality. From this latter perspective the whole human configuration is motivated by a predatory urge, breeding monstrous creatures, operating as a malign tumour or virus within the Earth, which may paradoxical imply that whatever causes mass human death may be the planet’s attempt to release HAC. Here I do not intend to support the idea of mankind being responsible for all the evil in the universe, which is also another popular HAC conjecture. Since HAC is exclusively preoccupied with its own separated individualisation and autistic paradigm, whether it plays the role of the persecutor, the victim or the saviour, is basically irrelevant as long as it can keep the star role. What I mean is that those who are on an honest shamanic quest for truth may gain in awareness and radically expand their horizons if they are willing to look at our connection not only with other dimensions, but also to the planetary environment. Shamanic work may reveal the interconnectedness of whatever exists and help us stepping out of our human separate reality, liberating our consciousness from the captivity of the exclusive identification with our bogus individuality whether based on our physical human body or eternal soul. Yet shamanism may also be employed to strenuously support HAC and continue to preserve our separated paradigm, with all my honest respect for its predatory implications and the hope that they may also play a function in the wider web of life.
In part two of this elongated article I used the term Earth Multidimensional Configuration to indicate this planet from a multidimensional perspective, which includes the Earth in a seemingly infinite number of parallel realities and time-space continuum, as well as all beings of any realm existing on Earth, seen and unseen. In this perspective our current human nature, as we perceive it, is a fragment of a multi-dimensional process involving various stages and settings. Here the current HAC may be strategically described as the environmental birth-place of non-HAC beings. This setting provides all that is needed for the gestation process, up until the time is ripe for multi-dimensional delivery. The birth involves leaving the womb and emerging into a wider configuration. Hence, HAC is here a multi-dimensional placenta, whose task is to give itself unconditionally, protecting and empowering the unborn creature, achieving the decisive goal of delivery and release from HAC itself. Hence from a HAC separated perspective this unborn creature is regarded as an emerging predatory being feeding on our world.
A multidimensional aligned placenta has a functional sense of timing. It knows when it is near its time and sustains the opening of the gates. Once birth takes place, what follows is the stage of upbringing and parenting, when still shelter and support are provided, yet with the child being already out, beginning to discover the environment and interacting with additional sources. These sources are entirely non-HAC, since the child is not in the placenta (HAC) anymore.
Relationships with beings, seen and unseen, serve a multi-dimensional purpose. They are aimed at offering power and support so as to face multi-dimensional gestation, delivery and upbringing. The apparent dramas and grievances experienced in human relationships are part of a multi-dimensional labour. A mother who is aware of the birthing process knows that the labour serves a sacred purpose. Hence her symptoms do not cause concern. They are accepted as part of the aim of giving birth. This does not seem to be the case in human life simply because shamanic pregnancy is not acknowledged. In shamanic pregnancy the labour mainly involves the emotional body and what occurs at that level in human relationships.
What we need to do as human beings is to wake up and realize what is really going on beyond HAC. This is the essence of the Sagittarius search for truth. In this respect we are strategically part of a gestation process which has meaning only if it is considered in the perspective of a wider cycle of events. When this process is taken only by itself, devoid of any awareness of the preceding and following stages, it loses all its sense. This is what happens in the current HAC. All human sufferance derives from lack of awareness of where we fit in the wider cycle.
AFS Bogus once provocatively said that this lack of awareness is merely the effect of the introduction of HAC consciousness anaesthetics in multi-dimensional gestation and delivery. There is no apparent nuisance and we can continue to indulge undisturbed in our separated reality, yet the result is that we lose sight of the process and have no clue of what is truly happening. We remain in the anaesthetic hallucination, obscuring all awareness regarding the extremely provisional and transitory nature of HAC and our related identities. HAC is a multi-dimensional placenta and, as such, it serves the function of giving birth, yet this birth implies the end of HAC itself. Since HAC is founded on the belief to be an autonomous unit, separated from whatever else exists, accepting its end is not coherent with the implications of its existential paradigm.
In this HAC planet the challenge is to align to our true parental calling, connecting with what is beyond HAC, rising above the uterus perspective, embracing the Sagittarius arrow and flying up in the sky to gain a wider view. As we locate our spot in the web of life, we will then know when we are near our time. We will be able to respond to the wake up call. This magnification of energy may either imply a redefinition of HAC, which would then accelerate the retrieval of fragmented soul components, a conscious delivery and the emergence of our multi-dimensional being, or the preservation of the current HAC and the creation of an alternative HAC. This depends, as AFS Bogus once pointed out, on the evolution of the ongoing debate within the Provisional Order, and the fate of a proposed amendment on the use of anaesthetics for multi-dimensional delivery.
Shamanic pregnancy encompasses a wider reality and acknowledges that we are in HAC as a result of a process activated somewhere else, in non-HAC. We are born in a human body and live on this planet merely because there are unseen realms making it possible. These realms send their delegates here to accomplish honourable intentions and dispense their medicines. Honourable intentions encompass the multi-dimensional, they honour past, present and future. They refer to the perspective of the seventh generation, which entails considering present events in the perspective of seven generations both past and future. They also acknowledge past and future as parallel universes existing simultaneously in the present and with whom it is vital to relate.
Physical life is part of a multidimensional agreement involving various realms. There is a wider purpose regarding the presence of each one of us on earth, and this purpose is obscured when we lose sight of the multidimensional implications of life. For shamanic cultures life is not generated at birth and it does not end with death. It is an ongoing process involving a huge development of possibilities. In the realm of unity all activities occur within the same organism and they are acknowledged as such, while in the realm of separation life is based on the competition and survival of fragmented and disassociated parts. Here I can regard gestation, delivery and upbringing either as the heinous predatory process activated by a child at the expenses of his family or as a mutually accepted predatory act of service on behalf of the multidimensional universe. Hence the final, yet provisional, question in this predatory universe may be: which kind of predatory strategy do I choose to employ?

Interview with Franco Santoro – Part Two

The following is the second part of an interview given by Franco to MaryCatherine (Cathy) Burgess on 28 June 2003. The text is taken from Cathy’s Ph.D. thesis at the Edinburgh University. Part One was published in PAN issue 55.

Community for Franco reflects the interrelatedness and interdependence of all life. His world view is that all is ONE, which by definition draws people to each other in mutual support for their individual work of releasing any sense of separation and discovering connections with each other.
Non-ordinary reality for Franco is the Sacred Circle, which has a structure (a kind of geography) that includes sectors, energies, and archetypes that help all beings come eventually to awareness of ultimate unity. In this 'transitional' structure there are the 3 levels (i.e. physical, mental, spiritual), a vertical axis that reflects the three worlds (i.e. higher, lower, and middle), and a horizontal axis, which contains the four major directions (i.e. east, south, west, and north) and the 12 sectors (i.e. signs of the Zodiac) - all part of a cosmology described in the Epic of the Sacred Cone. Franco can travel to any part of the Sacred Circle to learn something important about life. He believes that each part of the Sacred Circle represents a way that leads to the Centre and is also an emanation from the Centre, since there are no true separations. As a shamanic practitioner, astrologer, and spiritual explorer, Franco sees how all these dimensions fit together, and he easily travels within these realms.
Regarding Religion as a Chain of Memory
For Franco, religion is an agreement among people about the nature of reality, the desire to share that reality, and a decision to also explore other realities. It allows for entrance and utilizes rituals as containers for moving from one reality to another.
Though Franco didn't formally define spirituality, the descriptions he has used for his work lead me to think he would call spirituality the process of awakening to the unity, or oneness, of all life. He told me religion and spirituality initially worked together, but sometimes when people changed their beliefs or understandings of reality, caretakers of the original agreements (religion) didn't allow for changes in those agreements. That kind of dilemma has often prompted those whose beliefs and perceptions have shifted to create among themselves new agreements about what rules, guides, and beliefs to employ, though the new agreements haven't always been perceived as carrying legitimate religious authority. In effect, they have often been excluded from being considered religions. Franco considers the shamanic tradition a 'public performance' of a shamanic world view, NOT an expression of a binding agreement with rules, guides, and beliefs. For him, shamanic traditions can respond to whatever is relevant and makes sense to those present.
As mentioned earlier, Franco grew up with a Christian heritage, but he also learned about yoga, shamanism, and astrology. Though he does not let himself be confined by self-imposed limitations in each of these traditions, he draws upon them freely, because he sees how they all eventually lead to ultimate unity. What has helped him connect with this unity is the central energy of the Sacred Cone. For him, it provides a model or structure that gathers chaotic, fragmented energy into a matrix with neutral containers - like a board game with its own kind of common language that was created to facilitate understanding and the wisdom of unity. He sees how the Sacred Cone allows individuals to map where they are in their lives and then create changes to help them more clearly take a road of inner experience toward the centre of unity. Franco said he also sees core shamanism as being this same kind of matrix with empty spaces that allow and support a spiritual process toward unity.
Following this and what was described in part one, the role of community for Franco is to facilitate that individual growth and development within the Sacred Circle. It does so by supporting personal spiritual work, but also by sharing in community ritual dramas that stimulate spiritual awareness and growth.
When he works shamanically, Franco invokes the central energy of the Sacred Cone and all the spiritual guides who facilitate movement, learning, and healing within the levels, worlds, directions, and sectors of the Sacred Circle. For him, its legitimacy and authority derive from his world view that all is one and that we can learn something positive and life-giving from all experiences. The need for a legitimising authority outside one's own experience would be for Franco an expression of the fragmented energy his life and work strive to heal and bring into wholeness.
Growing up, Franco learned to believe that he was living in a fantasy world, but everyone else was grounded in reality. This was so, because that reality was spelled out in rules and maxims that had been externalised and believed to be objectively true. However, his own experiences, along with his lifelong passion for learning and inner growing, led him to understand beliefs as strategies that can change IF they are based on experience and they 'work' or make sense. Beliefs are agreements about the way the world is, but they can and do change as our perceptions and experiences interact with and influence the continued validity of those agreements. In effect, believing has become for him a process of growing, expanding, and transforming his world view as that world view is regularly informed by his life experiences.
As mentioned throughout this interview, Franco calls upon numerous traditions other than shamanism, especially astrology and Christianity, because they are part of his heritage and learning. They also 'work' and make sense to him. Additionally, he has incorporated into his astroshamanic work aspects of ancient pre-Christian mystery religions, paganism, and Gnostic and Christian shamanism.

Shamanic Madness: In traditional shamanism, as described by Mircea Eliade in Shamanism: Archaic Techniques of Ecstasy, the main method and most respected way of becoming a shaman is through spontaneous vocation. The most common path that leads an individual to this work involves a deep crisis with close associations to madness. Madness is a short circuit in the Human Arbitrary Configuration (HAC), which results in an inability to function within HAC itself. It is the inevitable result of the exposure to alternative configurations or sub-configuration (human, non-human or alien ones) and to the Core Multidimensional Identity (CMI). It is also the overload charge, the simultaneous presence of sundry multidimensional fields, or various time lines, which are incompatible within HAC. “Madness” is experienced as such when the multidimensional alignment of a HAC individual is disturbing HAC. Basically, in a state of “madness” a surplus of Graha is being channelled. This is a huge share not processed by ordinary (that is “not mad”) human beings, which also constitutes the barrier of pseudo-terror separating HAC from other dimensional fields, orders or configurations. This thick layer is mainly represented by death and all its associations, which represent HAC’s final borderline. Hence, when a state of “madness” occurs in your life you tap into this border zone, a HAC’s out of bound area, containing both the bona fide horny bit (BFHB) and the consciousness diverting mechanism (CDM). This is a regular zone of transit for human beings, for this is where HAC gets the energy to allow its whole system to function. Being a simulated arbitrary configuration, HAC is unable to generate energy by itself. The energy comes from a multidimensional field or order, which is both HAC’s matrix and designer, just like a computer is plugged to a socket pertaining to a reality existing out of the computer itself. Here it is also possible to employ batteries, which need periodical recharging. The most distinctive recharge times are the nocturnal sleeping hours, when access to BFHB is easily allowed and then redirected by CDM to guarantee a complete return to HAC. Those with different recharging times (e.g. night workers) are less susceptible to CDM, and can thus be more “madness” prone. Shamanic practices, such as the Basic Ritual of the Sacred Cone, serve the purpose of vertically recycling the “madness” or surplus Graha at a multidimensional level, while at the same time honouring both HAC and non-HAC. Hence, although the implications of these practices are classified, they are part of HAC’s original operative system. Problems arise when there are conflicts regarding the administration of HAC at a multidimensional or matrix level. These recycling practices are operated by the Provisional Order. Also the Provisional Order (PrO) has its own configuration. Now the communication may appear much more cryptic. Hence please skip this final bit, if you have had enough. HAC is a sub-system of the PrO. Within the PrO there are three main configurations. One of the two configurations, apart from HAC, is composed of authorised regular “mad” beings. These are compatible with HAC and operate so as not to interfere with HAC itself. Their function is to preserve HAC’s veil of separation, yet ensuring that HAC receives the required dosages of energy, while allowing surplus Graha to be exported at a multidimensional level. The second configuration is rather controversial. This is the one that causes multidimensional conflicts for it seems to affect HAC. It is composed of illegal or irregular “mad” beings or I would rather say “not as legal as the authorised ones”. There is also a third configuration, the most controversial and paradoxical of all, which I call the Delegate Order. This works as a bridge between regular and irregular.

New Moon in Sagittarius: The New Moon in Sagittarius will be at 14:02, on 20 December 2006, in 28° Sagittarius 32’, right on the eve of the Winter Solstice, which at 0:23, on 22 December 2006. This is a supreme time for defining your Intent, aligning with what you truly long for and planning honorable steps to implement it in your life. Here it is essential that your goals focus on the essence of the experience you intend to manifest. Honorable intentions relate to your own soul’s journey and do not meddle with those of others. This means, for example, that an honorable intention is not about manifesting a love relationship with a specific person, such as Ann or John. If I am strongly attracted by Ann or John, a honorable intention is about manifesting a love relationship with someone like Ann or John, yet not necessarily with Ann or John. In pursuing this goal, if you consider Ann or John to be the elected ones, you may first focus on them, yet this intention is honorable only when you are respectful of Ann and John’s intentions, which may not necessarily be the same as yours. Ann and John could be inspirational elements in the quest for a relationship, a gateway who in the end leads you either to them or to someone else. In this case by continuing to insist on the gateway, you may miss what awaits you beyond the gateway. On the contrary when you do accept to move on, you tap into the web of life and gratefully acknowledge Ann and John as part of the luminous itinerary that brings you to the desired outcome, which after a given time will also become a gateway into another outcome when the desired relationship comes to an end.
New Moons are time of shamanic pregnancy and birth, the opportunity to start a brand new cycle aligned with the vibration of the lunation sign. Sagittarius invites truth and honesty regarding your motivation in life, and also challenges to commit and take direct action. Here the Archer teaches to expand the horizons and dart into novel territories, rising above the limits of obsolete belief systems and gaining wisdom from direct exposure to experience, which implies releasing outdated defense mechanisms. These are ideas and habitual patterns commonly based on fear and inherited from the past, which may not apply anymore to your current life and soul’s purpose. A New Moon in Sagittarius is a good time for composting outmoded believes and emotional patterns, using their combusting energy to reach out for genuine intentions. Sagittarius is associated with adventure, optimism, trust, faith, expansion and risk-taking, and these are all qualities, combined with some basic caution, that can inspire giant strides on your path.
The question on a Sagittarius New Moon is: “What do I truthfully aim at?”. Other questions may be: “What belief systems do I need to release? What kind of believes and fears keep me blocked, unable to expand and venture through the web of life? Am I willing to let go of them? Am I available to ask for support to my guides, teachers and helpers, investing in trust and confidence? Am I open to take a vital step regarding my Intent, to be adventurous and risk, or do I rather prefer to wait and continue to get what I have got now?
The degree of the New Moon, or Lunation point, indicate an area of life that will operate as Intent and driving force during the next cycle. In this New Moon it is 28° Sagittarius 32’. In astroshamanic work this position is first identified in the natal chart by noticing in which house is located and if there are planets nearby. The next step involves establishing a direct rapport with the Lunation Point by entering the Sacred or Spirit Circle. Here you position yourself in the corresponding Sector and stay there for at least five minutes, opening up to what comes to your mind, emotions and body, taking note of whatever calls attention, no matter how insignificant or distracting. Then you write it down. In the successive days, as the Moon moves in other signs, you follow its path and position in other Sectors, opening up to further insights and taking note of them. As you do all this, you are also aware of the position of the Sun and of what you experience regarding the binary relation of both Sun and Moon. Write down your remarks and keep them for future references.
Being in Sagittarius, this is in the physical sky of the northern hemisphere the darkest New Moon and firmament of the year, the climax of obscurity. This darkness carries a maximum potential for rebirth and transformation, all the nutritional fertilising elements of good manure. It only needs a seed, an Intention, a focus point. This is the time to stir up one’s best dreams and aspirations. It is the sacred stage of composting It may stink a bit, yet it is only a matter of holding one’s nose during the operations, having a bit of patience and taking it easy, being aware that this will be later copiously paid off.

Binaries:

9.4 (Sun in Sagittarius and Moon in Cancer) is a blend of mutable fire and cardinal water, integrating Sagittarius’s adventure, expansion, freedom and thirst for truth with Cancer’s sensitivity, compassion, protectiveness and tenacity. This combination produces romantic and adventurous beings, abundant with enthusiasm, optimism, idealism, talents, which they draw from their deep connection with their ancestors. They are driven by an overflowing enthusiasm and can easily tap into what truly triggers the motivation of the people and environment they come in contact with. Their goals may appear extreme and inflated, yet they do maintain a sense of caution and a productive respect for their tradition, which enable them to proceed with security and confidence.
9.5 (Sun in Sagittarius and Moon in Leo) burns mutable fire with fixed fire, merging Sagittarius’s adventurous and expansive spirit with Leo’s vitality, generosity and leadership. Those aligned with this binary are generous, warm, enthusiastic and honest beings. Often dedicated to a specific cause or ideal, they are direct, abundant with energy and fire in the accomplishment of their goals. What makes them outstanding heroes is the capacity of bringing light into the darkness, or darkness into the light, allowing arcane secrets and the obscure recesses of the web of life to finally and triumphantly come into full visibility.
9.6 (Sun in Sagittarius and Moon in Virgo) blends mutable fire with mutable earth, integrating all the Sagittarius’s qualities with Virgo’s efficiency, purification, selection and service. This binary has a broad and articulated minds thriving with ideas and ability to implement them. They are master in taking calculated risks, blending attention to details, pragmatism and care with sense of adventure and expansion. They are also most devoted and faithful companions, abundant with unconditional service and commitment.
9.7 (Sun in Sagittarius and Moon in Libra) mixes mutable fire with cardinal Air, integrating Sagittarius’s optimism, directness, enthusiasm, adventure and buoyancy with Libra’s sense of balance, friendliness, and charm. This combination excels in mediation and conflict resolution between HAC and non-HAC. Tolerant, diplomatic and intelligent, they are champions in establishing balance in the web of life, yet this may not be the case in ordinary HAC reality where their behaviour far from diplomatic can appear rather outrageous, shocking and unpredictable. Again, this is a Sector 9 binary, which involves bringing the Sector 8 compost into the light, yet possibly in an artistic way.
9.8 (Sun in Sagittarius and Moon in Scorpio) blends mutable fire with fixed water, integrating Sagittarius’s adventure, expansion, optimism and love for truth with Scorpio’s passion, intensity and magnetism. This combination produces beings with an adamant determination to pursue their targets, and capacity of investing emotional energy.

9.9 (Sun in Sagittarius and Moon in Sagittarius) this is the New Moon in Sagittarius binary, which produces a most adventurous attitude, abundant with energy and constantly on the go. The views of these folks are extremely expanded and optimistic, triggering immediate actions and explorations. They go beyond ordinary boundaries and reach out to new territories, grounding innovatory opportunities and inspiring insights.

What is Astroshamanism?
As the gross composting process of Scorpio reaches its climax with a glorious New Moon, the sacred manure moves into a refined stage as the Sun moves in Sagittarius. Here the arcane secrets of transmutation are all set to shine in the limelight, stirring a wider understanding of the mysteries of life, sex and death. The Sagittarian arrow glides into the murky firmament, depicting an iridescent trail of blessings. Forth it moves in its unquenchable quest for the gateway to the Sacred Cone, the celestial vulva, the climax of all ecstatic desires and pleas, innocently delivering its most precious gift: HOPE.

The Sagittarius Multidimensional Gateway:
A Multidimensional Gateway is a setting through which multidimensional beings can pass in order to immediately access locations far away in time or space. Sagittarius is often regarded as the multidimensional gateway between HAC and non-HAC, the portal to the centre of our galaxy, the access point where beings from other dimensions, star systems and parallel universes slide or incarnate into this specific HAC Earth. In previous times this gateway was the axis Capricorn-Cancer, which still formally is. Yet, due to the precession of the equinox, this point has shifted to Sagittarius-Gemini, with the Gate of Capricorn now being located between the constellations Sagittarius and Scorpio. This is acknowledged as the Galactic Centre, where scientists are aware of a mysterious black hole. This is esoterically regarded as the portal to non-HAC, i.e. the birth canal leading to the Lower World, rather than, as it is often advertised, to Heaven. Sagittarius is considered as the stellar womb from which the current Galactic Arbitrary Configuration (GAC) was conceived and born. Hence, when the Sun transits Sagittarius there is potential for conceiving and giving birth to alternative configurations, especially to those with deep Scorpio issues. If you wish to browse around and be further confused, there is now ample literature on the topic, yet you may risk missing the Sagittarius darting energy aiming herewith at a precise target.
On the astroshamanic front Sagittarius hosts the first introductory workshop of the Astroshamanic Gateway Series. This is a succession of workshops and retreats devoted to the experiential understanding and astroshamanic exploration of multidimensional gateways, parallel universes, alternative configurations, the Sacred Cone, and the Provisional Order, also including its infamous Delegate domain. The first introductory workshop of this series is Awakening your Multidimensional Self, in Frankfurt (Germany) from 25 to 26 November 2006. The workshop will also be held in Edinburgh, London, Rome and other European cities. Although the title of the workshop is the same, each event is basically different since it is aligned with the particular nature of the hosting town and its wider environment, including the links with other HAC or non-HAC locations. My forthcoming destination is Frankfurt am Main, where I am flying to on 22 November 2006. Frankfurt is considered the Gateway to Europe and deeply resonates with the axis Sagittarius - Gemini. It is a climax of communication, commercial transactions, culture and international spirit. Frankfurt is the site of the European Central Bank, the German stock exchange, the Bundesbank, the country’s central bank, the national library (Deutsche Bibliothek), die Frankfurte Buchmesse (the annual international fair for the publishing industry) Rhine-Main Airport (the most important in Germany) and the Gateway Gardens. Frankfurt is the wealthiest city in the European Union and is also one of the nine Alpha world cities. A less known fact is that trance dance music first originated in Frankfurt. Apart from its obvious multidimensional connotations, I have chosen Frankfurt as the departing town of the Astroshamanic Gateway Series, because this is the place were I was drawn in 1978 following my decision to fully embark on the shamanic initiatory path.

Common Bugs of a Predatory Universe – Part Two by Franco Santoro

In part one of this article (see PAN Issue 54) we introduced the notion of a predatory universe. We also saw that this idea, far from being a novel theory, has been known since the most ancient times and civilisations. The experience that mankind is a livestock bred by predatory beings was not only the oral unrecorded domain of shamans and mystery schools, it was widely documented in most archaic texts, such as those of Sumeria, mankind’s earliest recorded culture. This civilisation, which arose in the Mesopotamian region between 5000 and 4000 B.C., left tablets documenting that humans were created by alien predatory beings to serve as slaves. These beings, called the Anunnaki (Those Who from Heaven to Earth Come), arrived on Earth about 450000 years ago to mine gold and, after ages of toil, decided to manufacture creatures capable of performing their hard labour. According to Zecharia Sitchin and other scholars, these visitors came from a 12th planet called Nibiru. The Sumerians were aware of all the eleven celestial bodies currently known, as well as Nibiru, reaching a total of 12 planets. These predatory human beings treated humans in atrocious and cruel ways, exploiting them according to their needs. They were also extremely competitive and regularly waged wars against each other. Extensive information regarding these beings is available from further ancient religious writings, such as the Indian Rig Veda. These predatory beings were not referred as divine beings, gods or angels by the Sumerian and other ancient cultures, and it was mainly through the paganism of Greece and Rome, and the monotheism of the Old Testament, that this identification spread into most of human mythologies and belief-systems. Ancient esoteric texts and contemporary channelled sources suggest that these alien visitors, often described as reptilian in nature, dismantled the original DNA of mankind and created versions of humans with genetic manipulation. The purpose was to allow them to control the planet, limit human perception, employ men as slaves and feed on their work, bodies, consciousness, fears and emotions. In this article I do not mean to support at all the idea of evil creatures dominating human beings, with mankind in the role of the victim. Yet I also do not intend to promote the thesis of a perfect, loving or free-will, create your own reality universe, which appears to be the major exertion of most HAC spirituality or New Age. I am referring to the notion of a predatory universe for mere strategic reasons aimed at reawakening awareness and retrieving information pertaining to an alternative paradigm. This cannot be delivered through words since it is entirely out of reach for our current Human Arbitrary Configuration’s prevalent state of consciousness. As I comprehend it, this paradigm lies far beyond the realm of duality and is meant to harmonise, or rather annihilate, the perception of both a predatory and a loving universe.
It seems that there is something basically out of place in human perception. This situation may either serve a significant and indispensable role in the web of life, though beyond our limited understanding, or be incongruous to such an extent that we may live in a forlorn hallucinatory limbo about which nobody cares or is even aware of. The basic issue here appears to be the individual or subjective nature of our current human consciousness.
Academic studies have shown that people in archaic civilisations did not seem to have a subjective consciousness or any awareness of a separated I. In The Origin of Consciousness in the Breakdown of the Bicameral Mind neurologist Julian Jaynes claims that humans were directly connected to auditory and visual messages emanating from higher authorities identified as gods. They did not have a private mind identified with an ego I and operated as the operative force of gods, with whom they were at one. This mentality, which Jaynes defines as the bicameral mind, was based on two sides: executive (god) and follower (human) or right and left brain. In this context the corpus callosum, which is the bridge between the two brain’s hemispheres, was the means that allowed the gods, abiding in one hemisphere, to give their orders to the other hemisphere. Using Homer’s Iliad as a model, Jaynes refers to those heroes continually receiving orders and advice from various deities, which he regards as an accurate description of how people really experienced the world in those times. The characters of The Iliad do not have the interior monologue typical of the current human configuration. Their decisions and acts develop in non-HAC and then are revealed in HAC by spirits, gods or visions. The same process applies to all major ancient literature texts. The neuroscientist Antonio Damasio suggests that the awareness of what we call consciousness is only three and a half centuries old, and has only become definitely prominent in the 20th century. From this perspective the current HAC is a most recent development, and what appears as a predatory universe may be the result of the limited – though certainly most advanced compared to predominant human awareness - perception of the ego and the related human configuration, whose basic feature is to be separated from the bicameral mind. Contemporary human beings are wrapped up in the identification with their subjective individuality, perceiving themselves as the apex of the scale of life, deprived of awareness and sight of any consequent link and secluded in a delusional sense of autonomy. Hence whatever we understand as threat, danger and sufferance may merely be the product of our perverted consciousness, which refuses to connect with the multidimensional realms.
Yet things may not be as simple as such. The question arising here is how come that human beings have lost their direct connection with gods and the multidimensional self, and which purpose does this loss serve. According to various mystery traditions it seems as if there are two levels of “predatory” activities at work, serving two entirely different aims: unity and separation. Consequently certain beings may be interested to preserve human current unconsciousness about their multidimensional nature, in order to promote separation, while other entities may sponsor a reawakening of consciousness, allowing mankind to expand into the awareness of unity.
Human beings living on the surface of this Earth are potentially part of a wider multidimensional configuration encompassing the entire planetary system. This wider configuration comprises the Earth in a seemingly infinite number of parallel realities and time-space continuum. This implies that the Earth we perceive as human beings is merely one among a vast number of Earths. The wider setting I refer to is an Earth Multidimensional Configuration encompassing all these Earths. There are many human activities meant to feed this configuration, the majority of which entail sacred relationships between polarities. Sacred relationships are devoid of any reference to romanticism, emotional involvement, getting married, having babies, buying a house or other HAC conditionings. When relationships are affected by such dynamics they appear to feed predatory configurations based on separation. Rapports aligned with the Earth Multidimensional Configuration become channels for planetary healing. They tap into the essence of the bona fide horny bit without being affected by the Consciousness Diverting Mechanism (CDM), which is the psychic device that diverts energy horizontally into HAC. Whenever couples reach a climax in their bona fide horny bit the feeding energy also reaches its peak and can either be directed towards the Earth Multidimensional Configuration or HAC. On this Earth a sexuality aligned with the Earth Multidimensional Configuration is alas the exclusive domain of few human beings, coming together according to a multidimensional design, which has necessarily nothing to do with the roles they play in HAC. These beings belong to a most out of bound category, which in further issues of PAN I have attempted to designate with terms such as sacred prostitutes or Delegate Provisional Order. Such folks have so far suffered unmentionable alienation and vexation, yet it seems as if a large number among them may visibly wake up and become more operative in the very near future, at least this is what I definitely yearn for.[iii]
The Earth Multidimensional Configuration communicates in a 12-multi-band frequency. This is inaccessible for ordinary human beings, who can generally afford only one frequency at a time. As a result they are bound to linear third-dimensional time and are unable to be aware of their simultaneous presence in different time lines and parallel realities. Some human beings have preserved their original capacity to communicate in a multi-band frequency and hold a bicameral mind. However, since their current HAC is in total denial of the awareness resulting from this broadband perception, they usually end up repressing or misusing their capacity in order to be accepted and survive in HAC. In these last and upcoming years a process of reawakening is strategically taking place. This might take the form of major third dimensional catastrophes, climate changes or extreme political and religious upheavals. Those who are in the process of reawakening may already perceive symptoms of the above in their individual lives. They may become increasingly aware of the existence of parallel realities, amazingly revealing in their dreams as well as in their so called everyday life. Ordinary human beings have lived in seclusion and isolation from the web of life for ages. All that they have learned and believed has served the purpose of preserving this isolation. Hence the reawakening process involves forgetting this information, letting it go and opening up to what is left, what has been covered up.
According to the Epic of the Sacred Cone, this universe is considered a playground for a huge multidimensional game in which galactic forces confront themselves. This game has various features and settings, such as the Human Arbitrary Configuration (HAC) of this current planet Earth. The human original 12-helix DNA of this configuration is limited to 2 helices due to the block caused by the Paheka Rubhe, or Binary Net of Totem Spirits, which indicates the 144 combinations of 12 Paheka or Totem Spirits’ double polarities. Undoing these combinations and re-establishing the 12-helix system is one of the strategic tasks of astroshamanic work.
What we acknowledge as our human ordinary reality is seen as one of many entertainment settings populated by duplications of our true multidimensional self. Most human beings remain at the level of this separated, chicken coop reality, fixed in time and space, based on the cult of the ego and the denial of other realities. Pain in HAC is mainly due to the fact that multidimensional experiences are steered into HAC, which is regarded as the only reality. HAC has extreme limitations in movement compared to the multidimensional fields. In HAC only movements in space are possible. In non-HAC I can move in parallel dimensions set in the same time-space frequency and also into all spheres of time, present, past and future. These times and spaces all exist simultaneously, no matter when and where I am, just like physical locations continue to exist at the same time regardless of where I am. If I am now in Findhorn, I cannot see Bologna, where I was more than one month ago, and I cannot see Frankfurt, where I will probably be in a few days. Yet both Bologna and Frankfurt continue to exist although I am not there. Their existence does not depend on my subjective experience of their presence. If I choose to do so, I can travel to those places and directly become aware of their existence. In non-HAC the same applies to time and emotions. If I have experienced a strong emotion of love two days ago in the company of someone, the fact that today I feel miserable because that someone is not with me does not mean that the emotion of love is not there anymore. On the contrary it continues to exist somewhere else, yet this somewhere else has nothing to do with the physical HAC form of the person involved, it relates with a multidimensional form, which as a conventional human I may refuse to acknowledge. As a result I associate my multidimensional timeless experiences to HAC time-limited forms.
The bugs of this predatory universe are quite obvious in terms of time and space. Everything and everyone has an inevitable date of expiry. People die, go away and transmute. When you associate the multidimensional emotional level to the HAC physical sphere you inexorably experience deep separation and sufferance, which is one of the most popular diets for predatory beings. This sufferance continues to be recycled through the confusion between HAC and non-HAC, and the stubbornness in holding HAC beings responsible for non-HAC emotions. The first giant stride in healing implies making a strenuous and unbending effort to stop this. In order to truly relate with HAC beings I need to be aware of the difference between emotional projections of multidimensional non-HAC content and the HAC reality where these projections appear to land. What counts in HAC are the agreements and contracts that I make with people, which define the actual nature of our rapports..
It is extremely difficult to find a way of liberation from this predatory universe if you continue to feel that people have claims towards your HAC form or that you have claim on their HAC forms. Then it follows that, once you die, you will feel compelled to come to HAC again so as to honour such claims. The act of healing here is to scan and recapitulate your life in search of those claims, shifting from HAC to non-HAC, which means liberating HAC forms connected with claims and working with their non-HAC equivalents. This implies moving beyond the HAC scenario, which is tantamount to getting out of the predatory cooking pot, directly facing non-HAC. This is a paradoxical shift bound to make you unsuitable for feeding predatory beings. As you disengage your direct energetic involvement from the dramas of HAC life, you abandon the predatory barbecue of human awareness and develop a repulsive consciousness. At the same time voluntary catering of human energy, through honest negotiations with predatory beings willing to be transparent about their intentions, further encourage the liberation process. This means to celebrate ceremonies purposefully aimed at feeding predatory beings and acknowledging the process as part of the web of life. In these instances dramas are consciously generated by human beings as an act of service and their multi-dimensional social feeding function. This process involves conscious agreements and participation, as opposed to cataleptic detention, rape and abuse.
Gurdijeff identifies this state of detention as emanating from the Moon.
Everything living on the Earth...people, animals, plants...is food for the moon. All manifestations of organic life on Earth are controlled by the moon. The mechanical part of our life depends upon the moon, is subject to the moon. If we develop in ourselves consciousness and will, and subject our mechanical manifestations to them, we shall escape from the power of the moon." Georges I. Gurdjieff
A legitimate dilemma here is whether this act of escaping from the power of the Moon or any predatory being is part of the game itself and the result of the hallucinatory perception therewith promoted. In this case escaping would be a bogus development supported by predatory beings merely to make the hunting and feeding more exciting, just like a cat playing with a mouse. Hence if this is so, is there truly any point in striving for liberation? Well, the adamant invitation here is to try it yourself!

Interview with Franco Santoro – Part One by MaryCatherine (Cathy) Burgess
The following is an interview given by Franco to MaryCatherine (Cathy) Burgess on 28 June 2003. The text is taken from Cathy’s Ph.D. thesis at the Edinburgh University.
Franco considers shamanism to be an ancient and widespread spiritual method or system of healing – one in which shamans, who are familiar with states of consciousness that enable communication and collaboration with spirit guides in the exploration of the spiritual dimension of reality, help themselves, their communities, and their planet achieve a direct and experiential sense of the unity and interconnectedness of all life. He defines astroshamanism as ‘a spiritual system of healing aimed at enlarging human perception through the integration of the basic principles of shamanism with experiential astrology, the ancient Mystery Religions, pagan and early Christian traditions in the context of contemporary society.’ The basic intent of astroshamanism is ‘to foster the process of release of grievances and reawakening of our original memories through a direct relationship with multi-dimensional realities.’ In this way, astrology is used as a tool for the shamanic exploration of the unseen empty spaces in life that when discovered, reveal interconnectedness, rather than perpetuate a perception of separateness. In effect, shamanism, especially astroshamanism, offers an alternative to the prevalent world belief system of separation by revealing a sacred way of receiving information about the original and continued unity of the world - one which helps people come to know their multidimensional selves in a very practical way. Specifically, the astrological context provides clear access to the hidden energy of the zodiacal signs and planets, enabling them to be felt in the body, emotions, mind and spirit.
Franco didn't hear about shamanism per se until he was an adult who was very consciously pursuing a spiritual path, seeking initiation from a guru, and asking for a vision 'at all costs'. In the winter of 1981 at a seaside resort, a voice came to him asking, 'Are you really available to get real answers?' His response was, 'Yes, if they are authentic'. At that point, significant visions from his childhood were reawakened, and he was told his life's purpose. During the next 3 years of spiritual training, he received many teachings and retrieved other memories - some quite painful. Throughout this he had access to animal guides as spiritual allies; they were particularly helpful, because these powerful teachings were very real to him, but there were not necessarily acknowledged by society. He also started reading shamanic books. Around this time, Franco received the Sacred Cone wisdom, a Sumerian and Mediterranean device use to transform all energy perceived as undesirable, bad, or disturbing into something that can be used positively in other realms, understood and employed for good, and understood as a realistic and healthy part of life. It is a wisdom of inclusion and wholeness, not exclusion and separation, and it unites the worlds of the Sacred Circle.
Raised a Christian in Italy and later drawn to study yoga and astrology, Franco came to understand how apparently unrelated experiences throughout his early life were actually part of a long initiation and learning process for him. One of those early experiences had been the ability to 'go through' a door and leave his parents without their knowing it. When that happened, he had a strong sense of deja vu - that this was not new or unusual for him. While still a small boy, he also began to notice things that the adults either didn’t appear to see, or that they had decided should only be for adults, not children. Among the ‘things’ he saw were the Bhi Jinah, spiritual beings that were to become friends and allies for him throughout his life. At about 4 or 5 years of age, he spontaneously began playing games that involved spending time in a different world - a world with 12 states, for which he drew maps to describe them. In these maps, his family's house became the world, and the various rooms in their house became towns or villages. The cosmology of this other world also developed its own mythology. There were even football teams with entire divisions. Each of the sectors in this world had a name, which Franco created as variations on family and environmental names he already knew. Though this was a creative way to integrate much of what he was learning in school, and it brought him great joy and ecstasy for many years, it was clear to Franco that this game was a fantasy. Between 16 and 18 years of age, he began to question what he was doing, especially when he realized others didn't share his enthusiasm about this game. Like many young people, this realization left him feeling inadequate when dealing with ordinary reality, and he decided to destroy the maps. Shortly thereafter, at age 18, he experienced a very powerful response to reading a book by Alan Watts, which then awoke something else within him. That led him from his inner community of otherworldly games to an external Christian community, where he spent 2 years working with energy and its release. Though rigid in some areas, including a clear indication that there was no hope for his own salvation, Franco thought that community did help others. However, it was not for him to stay there, and he soon felt the need to go to other countries to perform rituals. That need took him to Loch Ness and Edinburgh in Scotland, where the rituals he performed mostly included references from his childhood. At some point he also spent 8 years exploring what he calls 'the dark side' - namely, the 'provisional order' that keeps ordinary reality alive and separate from non-ordinary reality. All of these experiences from childhood into adulthood joined together to form a shamanic initiation for Franco. Among the challenges he continually experienced was his ability to see power and our multidimensional selves, yet accept that others often say they haven't had those experiences and don't see what he has seen.
Though he can easily access his Spirit Guide, specific animal guides, and other spiritual helpers who appear in human form, Franco tends to draw upon the spiritual energy of the Sacred Cone – the overall cosmology that connects the non-ordinary reality worlds, when he works shamanically. For him, that includes all spiritual guides, which are interconnected and part of the whole anyway. When he works with groups, he calls upon whatever images (i.e. gods, goddesses, etc.) make sense, are relevant, and help people access their spiritual support. Because of his own Christian background, he sometimes uses saints, especially the Madonna. Due to his understanding of astrology, he calls upon the planets, the sun, and the moon. Furthermore, his experience with the Epic of the Sacred Cone prompts him to call upon the Bhi Jinah, beings who populate the empty spaces and help keep whatever exists together.
Franco has experienced spiritual healing himself and has helped others in that process. For him, the most important thing in healing is to create a relationship with what the illness represents - as in the Pythagorean tradition. He strives for luminosity out of darkness and refers to the temples of Apollo and to underground caves where those seeking healing would go through a stage of darkness, then face the difficult reality that their illness had helped them deny, and finally experience the authentic light of integrating those first two steps of darkness and facing reality. Though Franco can use the shamanic method of extraction, he does not consider that as part of his tradition, because it perpetuates the illusion of separation and fragmentation. Related to that, he said he thought the concept of demons developed as a way of fitting in with a culture that sought to eliminate unpleasant disturbances. For him, conflict is the result of not seeing the empty spaces that connect us.
Though familiar with methods such as fasting, sweat lodge, and use of hallucinogenic plants, Franco primarily uses drumming, other rhythmic instruments, music, song or chant, dance, trance dance, drawing, meditation, silence, gibberish, the elements of nature (i.e. earth, air, fire, water), ceremonial clothing, ritual, ritual drama, invocations, ritual objects, incense, bodily postures, walking, and other physical movements as ways to enter and maintain a shamanic state of consciousness for himself and those with whom he works. He says these help him and others shift their awareness beyond the physical senses and functions of the ordinary mind into an ecstatic perception of being energy fields that are part of an interconnected web of life.

What is Astroshamanism?

Here again on this PAN you will find an eruption of information stemming from the volcanic core of the deep transformational process currently building up on the planet. This is the darkest time of the year, a momentous setting for celebrating the twists and tumults of life, expectantly leading to the composting and fertilization of forthcoming blessings. The power of this autumn seasonal cycle abides in the awareness of the continuity of life through death, the sliding from one universe to the other, the liberation from human arbitrary slavery and the ecstatic re-union with our multidimensional self.
I am most honored to have the opportunity to share news and articles with you through PAN. I understand that the ideas contained in PAN may appear rather cryptic or cause a large variety of reactions. What I try to convey relates to experiences that are not deliverable by ordinary human languages. In this attempt, I employ limited perspectives of observation. You do not need to believe or accept them. They are not absolute truths. They are just pieces of a puzzle that is waiting to be completed by your own experiences and visions. Hence I invite you to avoid straining yourself in the attempt of understanding PAN. Please relax and allow all the gaps of doubt or incomprehension to be filled with the revealing juice of your luminous imagination, the key to our pristine multidimensional nature, which is what PAN is primarily meant to support. .

The Scorpio and Taurus Full Moon: the Full Moon culminates when the Sun in Scorpio opposes the Moon in Taurus at 12:59, on 5 November 2006, in 12° Taurus 58’, yet the major dynamics of this process will be at work one day before and after exact Full Moon. Taurus identifies with the outer, most exposed, HAC parts and functions of the body, such as the mouth and the act of nourishment, while Scorpio relates with the inner, intimate non-HAC zones and functions, i.e. the genitals, organic release, sex, reproduction and also death. This polarity exemplifies the dynamic between outer and inner mysteries. The outer mystery incorporates what is acknowledged in the collective environment, the HAC traditions and customs of a specific culture or community. It mainly provides a sense of union with other human beings and secondly with the Divine, although the latter, as it is identified in HAC, may also be an impostor or fraudulent god-goddess. The inner mystery still aims at relating with the Divine, yet in a way that does not necessarily receive the acknowledgment of other human beings, at least of the majority of them, not to mention of the official HAC gods-goddesses. The outer mystery involves all the members of the community, for it defines and supports the collective identity of the tribe itself, as it is legally accepted in HAC. The inner mystery is a specialized non-HAC zone, which requires a specific calling and is not for everybody. In other parallel universes the inner mystery worked harmoniously with the outer mystery. The two mysteries are still quite different in their expression, with often opposed practices and ethics, yet they are seen as part of the same wholeness, like day and night. Since the cultures of those parallel worlds aim at creating a balance between polarities, outer and inner mystery are both accepted and part of the consensus reality or HAC (Human Arbitrary Configuration). The outer mystery involve a connection among human beings living on those planets and 3rd dimension (3D), whereas the inner mystery aimed at establishing a rapport with other dimensions, the 4th dimension and realm of the ancestors in particular. This relationship is not accessible to the majority of people, who however support it through their direct participation to the outer mystery and the acceptance of the inner mystery. Unfortunately the balance between outer and inner mystery is lost in the current HAC. Outer and inner mysteries live separately, with the former taking over and the latter being outlawed and persecuted. Astroshamanism purposefully aims at reactivating the bridge between these mysteries. (FS)

Common Bugs of a Predatory Universe – Part One, by Franco Santoro

According to most shamanic traditions this world is regarded as a sort of penal colony, zoo or prison created by incompetent and insane gods, perhaps for exploitation or entertainment purposes, and even by mistake. Traditional shamans are essentially practical and devoid of romantic connotations. They essentially know how the universe works. If you ask them about the reality of this world, demanding an honest answer, they will not speak about a universe founded on harmony, freedom, love, joy and peace, where you create your own reality, fulfil your luminous destiny or other HAC asinine spiritual advertising slogans. Of course, if they realise that you are delusional and these are the only things you can hear, they will not interfere with your dreams and may even support it in the hope that one day you wake up. Yet, if you are unbiased enough to receive at least a minute part of their experience, they will tell you that this is a predatory universe based on control, exploitation, war, conflict and other unmentionable things, which you may find most appalling and nevertheless remotely familiar. Here I am not saying that this is the plain truth. Truth cannot be communicated through our HAC languages entirely based on lies. Yet with our current human languages I can tell stories aimed at strategically reducing the impact of lies, and in this case I regard the notion of a predatory universe definitely far more accurate than the gullible idea of a perfect world. In their daily experience shamans are aware of most disturbing and shocking evidence regarding human life, a shrouded sinister scenario that has existed since the beginning of time and still persists to this very day. Shamans acknowledge a large variety of beings, some abiding in parallel realities, basically unaware of the existence of our world, and others operating in further dimensions, yet in close connection with mankind. The beings that can more easily interact with us exist primarily in the 4th dimension or so called astral realm. This is the domain of several creatures. Some seem to behave with dignity, respect and care, while others appear cruel, reckless and ruthless.
Don Juan and the shamans of ancient Mexico identify a particular species of inorganic beings, or entities of condensed darkness, as Voladores (Flyers). They feed on human awareness on a regular basis and appear to be installed at the top of the head, where they operate like octopus’s tentacles with which they leach our energy. These tentacles cannot be removed one by one, since more will grow and replace the removed ones. Carlos Castaneda said that the Flyers were responsible for the implanting of our ego minds taking place about 10.000 years ago.
Various esoteric sources and interpretations of ancient texts suggest that predatory alien visitors dismantled the original DNA of mankind and created versions of humans with genetic manipulation. The purpose was to allow them to control the planet, limit human perception, employ men as slaves and feed on their work, bodies, consciousness, fears and emotions. The Popol Vuh, the basic text of the Mayan epic recounts a similar process in the description of how the Mayan gods created mankind to act as slaves for them. In the ancient Sumerian traditions, the gods entertain themselves by producing terrifying beings and dreadful situations for mankind. The Zoroastrian Bundahishn (the Persian Book of Creation) narrates of an original pure couple that, after being contaminated by a serpent with two feet, ended up worshiping it. Many ancient texts recount that, far from being the sin of a couple like Adam and Eve, the cause of evil in the world is due to beings belonging to the angelic realm, which in the Christian tradition govern the planets and the stars of the universe. One of the most prominent systems of classification of angels is given by Dionysus the Aeropagite, who describes them in a descending rank of nine orders divided into three triads of three. Some of these orders (Powers and Principalities) appear in the New Testament as enemies of mankind. “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places” (Eph. 6:12). Also relevant in the context of the angelic realm is the role of so called Fallen Angels, such as Lucifer, who turned their backs upon God.
According to Gnostic teachings the misery and suffering of the world are not the result of the transgression of mankind. There was not any fall, rather everything was imperfect from the start and was originated by an imperfect deity. The true God is alien to the created universe and belongs to a reality that lies beyond. The bugs of this universe are due to a lower god, the universal ego, called the Demiurge (meaning "public craftsman" in Greek), after Plato. The basic Gnostic myth taught that there was the original God, the One or the first Aeons, from whom originated other Aeons, pairs of balanced divine emanations who comprise the realm of unity or Fullness (Pleroma). The lowest of these pairs were Sophia and Christ. According to Gnostic sources, Sophia wishes to reach the First Aeon. In her search for the One, she is decoyed by a distant light, which is indeed only the reflection of the First Aeon, and drifts away from the Pleroma. In the course of her journey Sophia begins to emanate a flawed consciousness, a Demiurge who becomes the creator of the physical world where we live. He develops the realm of separation (kenoma), which is an imperfect manifestation of the pleroma. This bugged cosmos consists of seven spheres, each of which is also a planet and angel, presided by the rulers of the seven planetary spheres (archontes).
A similar position is also shared by A Course in Miracles. “The world you see is an illusion of a world. God did not create it, for what He creates must be eternal as Himself. Yet there is nothing in the world you see that will endure forever. Some things will last in time a little while longer than others. But the time will come when all things visible will have an end” (ACIM, M85).
Michael Harner, eminent anthropologist and founder of the Foundation for Shamanic Studies, in his early fieldwork with the Conibo Indians of the Peruvian Amazon in 1960, had a powerful shamanic experience with an ayahuascua potion. Giant reptilian creatures explained to him that “they were fleeing from something out in space [and] they had come to the planet Earth to escape their enemy. The creatures then showed me how they had created life on the planet in order to hide within the multitudinous forms and thus disguise their presence. [...] I learned that the dragon-like creatures were thus inside of all forms of life, including man. They were the true masters of humanity and the entire planet, they told me. We humans were but the receptacles and servants of these creatures.” Michael Harner was then stunned to find out that the details of his vision were already familiar to the local native shaman he contacted to receive professional opinion.
The Gnostic teachings of the Dead Sea Scrolls and the Nag Hammadi Codices, documenting the wisdom of the shamans of ancient mystery schools, refer to the Archons as the primary predatory beings in this universe. The Archons did not create mankind, yet they indulge in the fantasy of being our creators. Hence one of their aims is to convince us that they created us, so that they can be worshipped and continue their predatory tasks. Jehovah, that the Gnostics called Yaldabaoth, is the Lord of the Archons, and is described as an alien reptilian type. The Gnostic texts explain that these predatory beings infiltrate our minds through parasitical spiritual belief systems and emotional viruses.
Similar views are typical of all major mythologies and many other shamanic traditions, such as the Aboriginal and Zulu. Here the common experiential assumption is that the earth, as we perceive it, is detained in an arbitrary configuration and is not part of the planet, but is trapped in it. In this respect humans are merely chickens in a coop waiting to be munched. The more we plunge in our human dramas, the better we taste for predatory beings. These have different diets, ranging from junk to organic food. They may feed on emotions based on terror, war, panic, anger, romance, power, harmony, love, peace. etc. They may breed their stock with consideration, love and honour or with cruelty, hate and terror. Yet in the end they all eat it! These predatory beings appear to have introduced an arbitrary twist (i.e. HAC) into human life that separated us from the multidimensional realm and web of life. Our responsibility is to detect and amend it, finding our way through the bugs of this predatory universe. A way out from such a gloomy scenario is developing a repellent type of consciousess that is impalatable for predatory beings, while at the same time feeding them on edible emotions and 4th dimensional vitamins transparently negotiated and generated. A major key for this development is represented by the path of Scorpio and find exemplication through the strategic use of release rituals, shapeshifting, sex, death and other controversial non-HAC practices. This is a path of unbending discipline and integrity, aimed at creating a firm silence and connection with our true original mind, or Core Multidimensional Identity (CMI), which has nothing to do with what we consider to be ourselves. Don Juan said that when someone manages to grab on to the vibrating force that holds us together as a conglomerate of energy fields, if that pressure is kept long enough, the Flyers' mind flees in defeat. Don Juan maintained that “the real mind that belongs to us, the sum total of our experience, after a lifetime of domination has been rendered shy, insecure, and shifty”. The aim is to burden predatory beings with disciplined inner silence so that our awareness becomes insubstantial for them and they inevitably move away. They will come back, yet not as intensively as before until one day they go away permanently.

The Errant Arcanum of the Scorpio-Taurus Axis: The Scorpio and Taurus dynamic represent the most contentious, arcane and unruly polarity in this current HAC. It is associated with the deepest essence of the Bona Fide Horny Bit, the Errant Arcanum, which is persistently blocked or deflected by the Consciousness Diverting Mechanism (CDM). The bona fide horny bit is the gateway to our Core Multidimensonal Nature (CMI), from which HAC receives all the energy. Yet, since HAC is based on the total occultation of CMI, it follows that it also needs to conceal the actual nature of the bona fide horny bit, while at the same time allowing it to operate so as to allow energy to move from CMI to HAC. As a result, in this HAC, whatever is horny is utterly manipulated and diverted in order to hide access to out of bound zones and preserve HAC’s separate paradigm.
In the above respect the Scorpio and Taurus axis constitutes the setting where manipulation and diversion are primarily at work. It follows that those with strong combined Scorpio and Taurus values in their chart, especially those with Scorpio ascendant, may easily experience a perturbed time in HAC, particularly in the realm of relationships and sexual interactions. The point is that such folks are straight multidimensional sexual energizers, or non-HAC sacred prostitutes, living in a world where this is either a most banned issue or nobody has a clue about what it is, including them. Yet although they may not understand the implications of being a multidimensional sexual energizer, and even do their best to curb or ignore them, they cannot help feeling them. Since this current world is based on the denial of other dimensions, there is no space for a sexuality meant as a sliding gateway to other realms and parallel realities, which is what multidimensional sexual energizers potentially promote. Most Scorpio ascendant folks are profoundly called to engage with the matrix waves of life, fully embracing the bona fide horny bit and having a most energizing multidimensional sex life. They are erotic catalysts for the dissolution of the HAC ego and the union with the divine core multidimensional energy. Hence when their sexuality gets embroiled by allegiance to family, marriage, security, friendship, religions, taboos, shame, conditionings and other HAC elements, which is regularly the case here, they may end up breaking the non-HAC commitment to their original function. Scorpio’s aim is to instigate the energy, inducing and endorsing a bona fide horny bit response in others. It deals simply with the activation of the energy at a pure multidimensional level and this does not include the awareness or the concern about what is going on in the HAC reality of the subjects involved. Pure Scorpio is sheer bona fide horny energy and is not bothered by HAC bogus understanding or exploitation of that energy. Yet, since Scorpio folks reside in HAC, and can also be most sensitive beings, they easily encounter a lot of tribulations. If they confess what they truly feel and think, what they honestly wish and long for, given the taboos of this HAC world, they would be exposed to most uncomfortable and dangerous situations. As a result they develop a traditional secretive and shadowy attitude, which is merely a way to survive in this repressed world rather than a genuine feature of their nature. Before releasing for the time being this infamous topic, I wish to stress that Scorpio is an attribute of all individuals on this planet, no matter were their ascendant is, and that all humans potentially are multidimensional sex energizer.
According to the shamanic astrologers Daniel Giamario and Carolyn Brent, the Taurus-Scorpio axis (which applies to those who have either Scorpio or Taurus on the ascendant) has to do with sexuality and life force energy. These people “know if they are in the right relationship, if their batteries are getting charged or if there is an increase in life force energy. […] Taurus-Scorpio is not a giver place. It is not a place where one is drained at the end. The relationship intent is to fully experience the current of life with the partner, to be fully into the current of life, or on the tantric path.” [ii]The above authors identify three types of categories human beings refer to. One is about being, or aspiring to be, in a partnership for life. Another involves being sexually intimate only with one person at a time, which means that a relationship can also last one week, yet it has to refer to the same person. The third category includes people that can engage sexually with more than one person at a time. The Taurus/Scorpio path can express in all three categories, yet usually does not show up as a pair bonder primary partnership.
The observation of your horny dynamics during the transit of the Sun in Scorpio can reveal pragmatic details on your approach to the bona fide horny bit as well as the consciousness diverting mechanism (CDM). Here the question is: “What energetically truly turns me on?” The reference here is the blunt energy, devoid of any HAC conditioning or idea regarding what should turn on. When you energetic body is aroused, then you are approaching the bona fide horny bit. Notice every time you get suddenly and spontaneously stirred up at a physical level, abstaining from any interpretation or conclusion regarding your arousal. Merely acknowledge the bona fide horny bit and what is happening around or within you whenever you experience it, without coming to any conclusion. Astroshamanism entails healing the gap between the bona fide horny bit and the CDM. The latter operates via the interpretations that you ascribe to the bona fide horny bit. Once you are caught by these interpretations the shift of focus from your primal multi-dimensional identity to the arbitrary human configuration has taken place. When this happens your connection with the web of life is lost and you literally become a human zombie. This means that you consciously respond to impulses coming from a separated dead identity, while unconsciously drawing energy from the source of life. Hence, again pay particular attention to the bona fide horny bit and to the process that, through the rerouting device, leads you to the arbitrary human configuration. Here, the purpose is to identify the trigger of the rerouting device. Once you get to the trigger, then you may be able to be in control of the shooting mechanism. Scan your horny dynamics thoroughly. The aim is to achieve transparency in the most obscure zones of human consciousness. This is the shaman’s path and legacy. Witnessing an amazing transformative process of the participant
It all started in Findhorn in April 2002 when Erik and I went for a four-day Transformation Game (TG). During the stay, Erik was passing by again and again in front of the books displayed there and feeling a growing attraction for the book on Astroshamanism. I could not quite understand his reaction as it was not really anything he could relate to before, not to say that he was resistant to any of this type of knowledge. He finally bought the book and already back then a CD with drumming music. Also this from an HAC perspective was very puzzling. The building of a growing interest and the display of an incredible enthusiasm were for me completely astonishing, seeing him acting beyond his understanding, not knowing intellectually why but being convinced in his being that this was right for him.
Observing Erik immersing himself in the books and seeing so much fun in the discovery and deep interest for the new field of investigation was a blessing which made me develop a natural sympathy for the dynamics and learning Erik was going through. It triggered even curiosity for the teacher behind and who had the ability to stimulate such a development. In parallel, Erik had developed an interest for A Course in Miracle that he followed for a full year before starting the Operative Training. In this initial phase, the impact of AIM and Astroshamanism were rather combined and difficult to distinguish.
To make a long story short, I would summarise what stroke me most in a couple of bullet points.

Personal direct learning of the witness
What I liked most was the very dynamic learning process with a lot of space for individual experiences and discoveries. At the beginning I did not feel really attracted by the it. I felt very disturbed by what Erik was telling on certain sectors. He started in Scorpio: sign I thought I had nothing to do with and did not want to have anything to do with. Hahaha! Since then, I realise how many people close to us and also doing healing work have a lot to do with Scorpio energy. I started to discover an incredible healing energy in the presence of Scorpio!
From this discovery I used Erik’s journeys through the signs to particularly pay attention to all the sectors I had negative prejudices and started to gain completely new insights. I also gained awareness to witness many synchronicities between the energy present in a given period and the correlated happenings at very HAC level.
I have also taken the opportunity to practice some of the exercises recommended in the different sectors. One of the last ones I practiced was the non-judging exercise in September. Having been practicing under the hospices of the supporting energy brought me invaluable insights. I will for long remember this crazy but so healing invitation from Erik to practice this exercise. We were at my parents place. Saturday morning, after reading our usual Eileen dear book Opening Doors Within, Erik innocently says: what about practicing together non judgement for the week end and then we can exchange what we will have observed from one another. This would have been very fine if we would not have happened when staying at my parents’ place. But not-judging when I am suppose to meet my THREE sisters + my mother…..Well, brave hearted I committed. It resulted to be an amazing experience both at non-HAC and HAC level.

Benefit of the OTA for our family and our relationship
The stars, the planet, the moon, the sun are really loyal companions in my life. I am so happy to also be able to share this with my husband in a different way than the one I cultivated by myself until Erik stared the OTA, still with a very similar intent.
Erik’s contact with Astroshamanism made him interested in astrology. He got all the astral themes of his four children and ours prepared. He bought books and really received and gave input to all of us. He supported his eldest daughter in her independence process and got more understanding for resistance and blockage in his relation with his other two daughters. He brought to me some insights on my relation with our son and the tendencies of the relation that I can only but confirm!
For the work we facilitate in the fields of personal development and spiritual quest, Astroshamanism has brought a very complementary dimension that Erik starts to use progressively.
